I really do love going for a nice run at winter. The air is just so fresh and nice. I actually intended to go for a run today out in the winter wonderland outside but the temperature dropped a bit too much. Below -10C I find that instead of the air being nice it burns as you inhale deeply...

What other sorts of crystals do you like/have? I loved making crystals during inorganic chemistry at uni although I doubt that they would do any cleansing as much as poisoning, lol.

seeing pictures of horfrost makes me shudder and brings back terrible memories of work. It is nice to look at though. I have one or two pictures in my blog.
