Over the last month I've been doing a christmas project that was meant to be a little easier than doing a full blown shoot. The idea was to get a few male and female models to pop in the studio, get a few shots of them wearing a set of wings I'd bought and put together a composite image of them all together.

I put out a casting call and ended up being getting a lot more people interested than expected. So 3 weeks and 26 models later I ended up with 2 images.

I'm back!!

It's been over a year since I last frequented and I must be slapped hard for that.

Reason is - I've been so busy. My business has been growing strongly, my photography turned in to just a hobby and working with models only, and this increased the number of shoots that I wanted to do instead of those I had to do

Anyway, one of the reasons I'm back is that I've been asked by a couple of models if I'd be interested in doing SG styled shoots - so no better form of research than to be a member is there?

Wow, it's been a while since I blogged - and I'm afraid I have to admit, I haven't even been on the site!!

I know - that's a terrible state of affairs!!!

I've been keeping myself busy with my photography as well as sorting out a house to move in to next month!! Yes - the bachelor pad will be no more as myself and the girlfriend will be moving in together - scary times

As for the photography - I've had a few lovely shoots recently. Last week I did test shoot with my motorbike and a trike I borrowed for the weekend. The idea was to test lighting set ups in a warehouse for a future shoot idea I have. I opened the shoot up to any model who wanted bike shots on their profile and 7 came along.

Lots of editing to do now but was happy with the outcome. Here are a few shots

Oh!! Come on!!

My luck has to change surely!!

In the last month I have crashed my motorbike, had my ID stolen and my bank account wiped clean. This weekend I've dropped my iPhone and smashed the screen and had so spend £400 on the car for 2 tyres!!

As you can imagine, my lottery numbers have not come up either

Ok - bitching over, I'll go and sit in the corner and whimper quietly.

I've been a victim of professional fraudsters.

First my credit card on Wednesday - which was caught before they could take any money, but also my bank account, and they managed to wipe me out.

How? Good question - they got in touch with my mobile phone provider, redirected my mobile no to another number, then used phone banking to make a transfer. When the bank phoned to verify they were redirected to the fraudsters number. The only way I found out was that confirmation texts still came through to my mobile.

Be vigilant people - whoever did this managed to find a lot of information about me to pull this off.

As that happened while I was on holiday - it didn't make for a good week off

The bike has been collected today - over a week after the accident. Amazing when you phone your insurance to chase what the hell is happening that the reply is "oh, Mr Evans we were just about to call you" mmmmm

Anywho - she's gone, hopefully not for long.

As it's my birthday in a couple of weeks I've been hinting to my girlfriend and my kids as to what stupid gift I want - ok, not so much as a hint as emails with the Amazon link. And they took the hint well as I will be expecting to timewarp back to my childhood by playing retro arcade games on my iPad.

I've crashed my bike!

Low speed spill last night, I'm ok but a lot of damage to my baby.

So pissed off, had a photoshoot with a lovely model on Friday night with the bike and it was going in for a custom paint job on Saturday.

Shit happens.

Think I've grown webbed feet!!!

My love of all things two wheels took me camping at Oulton Park racetrack this weekend.

British Superbikes is one of the most exciting racing competitions there is, and always provides a good chance to get the camrera out and catch some great shots.

The main problem with this weekend was the wonderful british weather. Pissed it down!! Friday was ok but the rest of the weekend was virtually a wash-out. Great weather for ducks.

The huge amount of alcohol consumed was worth is as well as the tattood ladies in the tent in front of us giving us a flash or two

Anyway - did manage to get a couple of shots off when the sun came our for a couple of mins

Totally pissed off with myself.

Got a call from a mate last night asking if I fancied going the local biker pub after a bit of ride through some twisties - Hell yes, any excuse to get the beasty out.

Got my gear on, went to the garage - no fucking bike keys!!! Turfed the flat and the car inside out looking for them. God knows how I've lost them but only myself to blame.

Got a spare set but worried as to where the others are - a nice new bike is quite a tempting prospect if someone questionable has found them and is just biding their time.

Gonna sulk now

Not a bad weekend, went to see Liverpool comedian John Bishop filming a new TV series. Was like having a 2 hour private gig for free!!

Helped a friend move home on Saturday and gained some white goods for whenever I get off my arse and move in to a house.

On top of that, managed to get a couple more hours of peace in front of the computer when the other half fell asleep to work on some more pics.
