Sometimes I vote for an MR set solely because the hopeful's username is so painfully cheesy, I'd rather see them with an SG name instead.
I kinda wish I was a fly on the wall for some of the site decisions here. I don't know how or why the photographer decision was made, but I can damn well guess.
Maybe it's the same reason the front page articles disappeared, to be replaced with blogs for which no one needs to be paid.
Please, bring on the generic. Kill whatever's left that's holding my interest. Keep piling on the reasons for me to save 50 bucks come next March.

Things are alright.
I don't see a crisis on the way.
It's great, but it makes for a damn boring post.

Ladies and gentlemen!
Let me introduce you to a neat little trick the english language has developed-
Homophones: these are words that are pronounced the same, but have different meanings and, often, different spellings.
I italicized the most relevant part. You can search "common homophone errors" for some basic lists of these. Learn them, use them properly, and be a more competent and literate adult.
Thanks,

I have at least 3 more semesters to go if I get accepted as a BFA in the fall.
I'm not terribly happy about it; but on the other hand, why waste this much schooling and not bother with it? It's not as though I've ever had illusions about success as an artist- making all of the education purposeful only unto itself.
And since that's the case, I might as well go for it, especially since it's almost nothing but studio classes from here.

I think the site has eaten my last three posts, or else I forgot to hit the proper button.
Spring semester started today. I made it out of fall with a D (for diploma, or delightful) in Spanish- meaning I should be done with that- and a couple of Bs and an A. Considering how burned out I've been since summer, that's just fine with me.
Anyhow, this time around I've got two art histories: one on Japanese woodblock prints and taught by a dry, boring-sounding man, and ancient to medieval taught by an extremely enthusiastic woman. Back to back. Should be either fun or dreadful, or both.
I've got ceramics, which I know absolutely jack about. We're not throwing in this class though, so at least my arthritis won't be the issue I thought it would.
The other studio is something called Circuits and Bits- interactive electric art, buttons and lights, or something. Or, as I told my advisor, "Robots? I'm in."
There's also a jazz history class, which could be alright depending on which side of crazy the instructor falls on: the "I am nuts and you get an arbitrary grade based on which color m&m falls into my hand", or the "I am nuts and full of myself but I grade fairly". Because he's certifiable for sure, and loves to hear himself talk, but I can deal with that as long as he's clear and upfront about his expectations.
***********************************
I'm probably going to let my subscription here go whenever it's up. At the moment, it's one more bit of interesting clutter that I can't really afford, and as much as I love lurking the groups and sneaking in comments edgewise and whatnot, I've been more underwhelmed than exited about the sets and much of the site for the last year or two.
We'll see though.

It's nothing personal, but all you people who don't get sick every time the temperature shifts 20 degrees.....
FUCK YOU.
I'm gonna go drink a gallon of cough syrup and improve my outlook. Excuse me.

But seriously, what's with the slow trickle of MR sets? Did the data suggest that most members (of a site whose primary draw is nude picture sets) prefer fewer nude picture sets?
Is someone doing quality checks now?
The whole "classic set" thing, too. I'm all for reintroducing girls we haven't seen in a while (or, um, the ones who just made front page last week), but it tastes just as stale as when "featured blogs" replaced paid articles and relevant newswire items on the front page.

I've lived in Kentucky since I was 11, but there's a good reason I don't claim to be from here.
Sorry about Rand Paul.
