It's all day kindergarten!! Woah....How is he going to handle that? Logan has the attention span of a gnat...I hope he does well.
This weekend John and I are seeing Dark Knight via his work. He got discounts on the tickets. However, we won't know when this weekend til either Thursday or Friday.
Today was pretty boring, though. Just did the bane of my existence.
Tomorrow is Logan's registration day. Hopefully we will be able to get him enrolled without a birth certificate. We still have not been able to find it so this Friday we are going to order another one. I know we did have it because DES needed it once because they didn't have birth records for him. I'm seriously hoping John didn't accidentally leave it with them. He doesn't think he did but if he did, I doubt they would still have it since they suck about keeping track with those things. Anywho-I'm calling the school first thing in the morning to see if there is something else we could use instead. If not, I'm going to try to explain the situation so I can still get him enrolled. I don't want him to be a month behind in school because of that. If he does get enrolled, his first day will be Aug 11th. My mom helped get him a backpack, new clothes, and some school supplies while Logan spent the week with her. I am looking forward to him starting school as much as I am dreading it. Kindergarten at his school is only like 3-4 hrs a day so it won't be so bad. I think I'm going to be more nervous than he will be lol

I didn't submit this set because I didn't think it would get accepted. I might change my mind depending on how well people like it. For now, I would appreciate your opinions and constructive criticism.
Friday Day 1: Norritt and I arrived in Flagstaff about 1pm. However, the hotel people wouldn't let us check in til 3. So we decided to walk around Historical Flagstaff/Route 66 for a couple of hours to give us an idea what was down there. After we were able to check in, we scouted a place to do the altar photoset. When we found a place we liked, we had dinner (chinese) and then we went to see a movie. There was a line at the movie theater for Dark Knight that wrapped around the building and it looked like it got longer when our movie was done. I think Flagstaff only has one movie theater.
Saturday Day Two: We did the photoset first thing in the morning. I'm debating still whether or not I want to submit it since I have 2 sets in the queue for member review right now. My self shot set goes live in member review Aug 25th @ 2:29pm. So I know this set wouldn't get shown til September. Here are outtakes from the set that ARE NOT being used in the final set:
After the photoset, we tried to have lunch at the Museum Club but they sort of ignored us. The server kept looking at us and passing us by. So we decided to go to Miz Zips instead. After lunch, we went to the Museum of Northern Arizona to see the dinosaur exhibit. We went back to the hotel to relax for a few hours before we went out again. We bought some movies to watch and then went out for sushi at the Karma place. We tried going to The Joint because it was supposedly Flagstaff's only strip club but we ddin't see any stripping going on there. We decided just to call it a night and watch the movies.
Sunday Day Three: I woke up with a massive headache (I actually went to bed with one) so we pretty much just packed up and checked out. We got gas and I got some pain killers and drove back. The trip was pretty fun. I love Flagstaff. I wish I could live there but it's so damn expensive for both renting and buying. One day...one day...
My other friend that applied for SG was denied. So there goes the theory that everything is automated. I'm trying to convince her to take some new pics and resubmit (I've seen Hopefuls do this) but she's not really sure if she wants to. Sorry, I don't have a pic of her other than my phone and I don't know how to upload phone pics.
Norritt is making wallpaper and banners to promote my new set so if you want some, be sure to harass him for them. I know he's already got one wallpaper in his pics section.
That's all I can think of for now.
I dreamt that I was going back to high school (the high school I graduated from to be exact) at the tender age of 25 even though....I had already graduated. For some reason, the school had screwed up someone's enrollment and somehow, lol, I got their schedule. On this schedule were 3 classes based on the school mascot: A purple bird named: Pornificus. One class was "The History of Pornificus"
, "How to be Pornificus" (how to wear the costume, the personality, etc), and then the actual class with the cheerleaders where you learn the routines and shit. I thought this was a joke so I was hunting down the supposed coaches who told me it was no joke. So I'm leaving campus walking by the gym and I see Drake and Josh from the TV show and some random black guy hanging out in front of the gym. Not the teen versions but the adult versions 
So I was checking out Josh as I was walking by and Drake thought I was checking him out. I turned around and walked back to Josh, blew off Drake, and gave Josh my number. Next thing I know I'm at this house party that Josh was throwing and there are a huge amounts of SGs there. I stumbled upon a computer and learn that Josh is on SG as his member name was Imasetwithhugefriends. He was even a member of SB! (SuicideBoys)And then another part of my dream was I went to the grocery store with John and we spilt up. I got a few items and went to cash out. My debit card kept getting declined due to insufficient funds. So I got rid of most items in the cart and got the total down from $22 to $5. My card was still getting declined. I knew I had money at home so I put all the stuff back and walked out into the parking lot and John had left me at the store. Then I had to call my friend who I was going to Flagstaff with and tell them that I couldn't pay for the gas because we had no money.
End of crazy dreams.
My friend Elisia, one of the girls that applied to model and got accepted, is trying to find info about what it would take to be an official SG photographer. She'd rather do that than model. She's only going the Hopeful route so she can get the free year. If any of you know who to get ahold of about being an official sg photographer or what it would take, please let me know. Elisia isn't a shitty photographer either. She has some degrees in photography and it is her passion. Well that's about it!

Here is a sampler from my recent set.
Is the model application automatic now? Does anyone actually screen the applications anymore? Three years ago one of my friends sent in an application and she was flat out denied to model for SG. And then she tried to use that to tell me how SG is only looking for certain types of petite girls which is, duh, why I got accepted so quickly. Nevermind the fact that there are girls of all different colors, sizes, looks etc that are SGs. Not everyone is SG material (and sometimes I think I'm one of them).
My friends that applied are definitely SG material. But what about girls that apply that aren't? I mean, not every girl is Playboy material or modeling material. Does SG really accept every application now? Because if they do, doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose really?
