I figured if we're going to be playing until the crack of dawn, might as well as be comfy. oooooooo I should set up the living room like a slumber party! That would be so cool!Last night I got my hair cut by one of my instructors. My hair feels sooo much lighter now! And soft since he cut off all the overprocessed crap.
I also went to Kona Grill with DarkRam. I had a really fun time

I went to Cosmo Prof with one of my school friends to get some color. I found Pravana ChromaSilk Vivids. I also got Pravana Intense Violet Brown because I was going to add the Vivids as a kicker. I even asked the woman if I could use Vivids as straight up color or a kicker and she said kicker only. Well, I get home and I open the box to see how much I would have to mix in with the color. Vivids you CANNOT mix with peroxide. It's a stand alone. So I can't use it as a kicker. I'm kind of irritated because the woman clearly doesn't know her shit when it comes to that line. So....I'm saving the intense violet brown for another time and am going to do the Vivids Violet.
Cosmo Prof carries the entire Pravanna line so later when I make more money with tips haha I'm going to get the shampoo and conditioner. I got the thermal protectant.

I just finished coloring my hair. WOW! It came out EXACTLY the color I wanted it to! It is fucking violet! To top it off, it did not dmg my hair at all. I think it helped repair it. ChromaSilk has silk and keratin protein in it and my hair is so flipping soft. I also used the Pravana Keratin thermal protectant. That stuff is the shit. I'm completely sold. Pravana snob I shall be

You should color my hair sometime! I finally got it trimmed this evening, but I want a bit of color... I had the underside dyed (quite a while ago) but it wasn't much of a contrast and no one could even tell. haha. I kind of want to redye it darker and maybe do a few low lights, maybe in the bangs or something like that... I dunno.

That sounds fun. It'd have to be conservative because of my job... they'll let you have a tattoo showing but heaven forbid you don't put any make up on or try to wear anything in your hair or have a bad hair day... it's kind of stupid...but welcome to the corporate world I guess? But yeah, I figured something like that they couldn't complain to me about. We should do that sometime!
