Well Hey
I suppose I'm underblogging a bit lately. Lately I've felt that my life is basically lame and does not warrant very thorough reportage. I bust my ass for coke four days a week. I take some hopefully halfway decent photographs. And I play a bit of guitar, not well enough that it will ever get me laid.
I actually do like rusted hulks of vehicles, even though naked girls would be a better subject.
I was nosing around the cemetery in this here image when an suv pulled up and a couple of pretty girls hopped out and and started looking at some of the stones. I moseyed on over and talked with them a bit, without result, but at least i didn't not do anything. Thing is now when I poke through old graveyards there will be in the back of my mind the motivation of the possibility of meeting pretty girls there, so I guess I'm a little bit more twisted than I was before.
Today I went out looking for some images, places I'd driven by in the red truck, didn't find a whole lot but I did find a couple of box turtles laying their eggs in an old graveyard.
On sundays I've been going round to various art museums, take advantage of what's out there. Two weeks ago I did the wadsworth atheneum down in Hartford. Decent enough. Wandered around downtown Harftord for a while afterwards, curiously dead. Then last week I went out to the fitchburg museum. Fitchburg is a dead industrial town, I guess you could describe it thus, I would imagine it was pretty nice 25 years ago when it was alive. Fitchburg musem is pretty small but it had a nice temporary exhibit of california impressionism.
Tomorrow I'm gonna throw my bike in the trunk of my car and head down to New Haven ct, see if anything's there besides Yale. If not it will just be the yale museum.
