It's shite,

Been in hospital pretty much since my last blog post.
I sometimes wonder when it's all gonna end. Then I think "soon, very soon" and get a glimmer of hope.
I was out for about 5 days and spent those 5 days following a band around the North East who I love to bits. Result... They've asked me to go away on tour with them as their official photographer (yes they've seen my shot before you ask lol) but i'm quite scared as I'm so ill!

I really wonna do it though!

I also wonna go out on Saturday night. Not only for a drink, but as it'll be the first time I meet people off this site... It's the first SGUK meet I'll be attending if I do make it. Fingers crossed eh?!?

Was in hospital over the weekend.

Things took a turn for the worse.

The pains got REALLY bad. I mean they were so bad, I was in tears for well over an hour.
I started coughing so baddly that I seriously thought I was going to die. Could feel myself going all red in the face and felt as though I was going to be sick and I couldn't breath.
Couldn't walk, had to get Laura to help me.

Went into hospital for them to tell me I have a "severe" chest infection.

Just seems to get worse dunnit?!?!

Urgh.
I'm really fed up now.

Been in and out of the doctor's surgery getting blood tests done and shit like that.
The doctor thinks that there is something else going on alongside the glandular fever.

My dad's been shaky and had pains for a few years now. I've been like that since January alongside all the tiredness.

I'm off to my first appointment with the Nuerologist on November 16th.
Quite scared

I'm gonna look at all the requests for work I've had whilst I've been away and muddle through them.

Glandular fever sucks!

It's flared back up again recently. Explaining my absence!

Gone now mostly though, still finding it very hard to walk around though

So I'm in the "Magners Comedian of the Year" competition.
Thing is my act is offensive

and I mean OFFENSIVE!

I go out every tuesday to a "buskers" night near where I live.
I like to try out new songs - my act is all musical based.

Me and my missus have been arguing all the way home.

I have 2 songs about peadophilia.
The first I wrote is to the tune of "Crocodile Rock" by Elton John and is titled "peadophile rock" - bet you didn't see that one coming
The second is to the tune of "Merry Xmas Everybody" by Slade and is titled "Peado Christmas" and is all about celebrity peadophiles - Michael Jackson, Gary Glitter yadda yadda.

Anyway.

The argument is that Laura says that people find peadophile rock offensive but not peado christmas.
She says I should stop performing it.

I'll be the first to admit that it is offensive.

I don;t see how songs about celbrity peadophiles can be classed as ok and songs about general peadophiles cant!
I can see where she's coming from... Celebrity peados, yeah the jokes are all over, you here them in school, you get sent them via text message. But a peado living next door? Oh no! I don't want to hear!

The thing is, I wrote peadophile rock when news about peadophiles was really big here in britain. It was kind of my way of saying that you may read about it you may hear about but it COULD be your neighbor!!!!!

I have performed it at a few times and had people leave in tears or because they're so horrified. I have been known to go out and talk to them after the show to comfort them or to explain that it's all just an act.

Anyway

Point of this post

Woohoo, I'm all clear of glandular fever
Been lonely all day
Laura's away till tomorrow afternoon
The folks are away down to a huge car rally in Lincon - They did ask me if I want to go as Laura's away but due to just losing my day job I couldn't afford it! Ain't even got any fucking money for Download now!

Went round to a mates on Friday night and got totally wasted
We sat till about 5:30am watching the entire first series of Knightmare, it's amazing!
Total blast from the past!

Then Laura's mother picked me up at 11am (I only had about 3 hours sleep!) and I spent the day up at their cottage near the Cheviots. Took quite a lot of pictures whilst I was up there, see what you think...
The one's I'll put up here on the blog are ones I took to make a huge panorama for them, the rest I'll whack into one of my albums.

How's life been treating everyone?

Mine's shite at the moment!

Been laid up pretty much since my liast blog entry with glandular fever. It sucks!

Pretty much through it now though which is good.

Haven't had the energy to do ANYTHING whilst I've been ill

Have also now lost my day job. Not my fault or my managers. It's just dead in the shop - or so he says! I personally think he's wanted rid of me for a while now!
I have an appointment at the job centre tomorrow.

Still holding out for this job in Brighton though, it'll fucking rock if I get it!

In other news my copy of Photoshop has decided to stop working! It won't even uninstall so I can do a new installation of it!

Got my Download ticket booked
I can't wait!
I've booked a locker as well so I feel safer about taking my cameras.
Laura moaned at me when I told her I'm gonna take the cameras "You'll just lose them or end up breaking them!" She knows what kinda states I get myself into, and knows I'm planning on being worse at Download
Mind you I originally told her I'm taking my laptop as well lol

I can't go to Download and not take my cameras though can I!?!?!?

When she was booking it for me (It's an EARLY christmas present ) she was curious about who's playing so asked me to have a look. I knew the mighty KISS are booked to headline the friday night but I had no idea that Ace Frehley was confirmed as well!
