why do i always have to get a call from work to wake me up when i'm supposed to wake up for work at 3:30am? it never fails. when i have to open i know work will call me. WTF? here's to Wild Turkey trying to make me pass out! Prost!

so, i bought a Nintendo DS yesterday. it's really cool. one of my buddies bought one too so that we can play together. we played mario kart ds for a good portion of the day. we were playing it at my store and the girls kept making fun of us while we were playing. they were saying that we were losers cause we were at work on our time off playing video games. we were there to taunt one of our other buddies that wants a Nintendo DS as well. i also bought this other game called Trauma Center: Under The Knife. you perform surgeries on people. it doesn't sound like it would be cool, but for some reason it is really addicting.

that's enough about video games. later in the night i went over to a co-worker's house and drank a bit. it was funny that everyone at the apartment worked for starbucks, minus 2 other people. it turned out that a girl there had a crush on me in high school, and 3 other people went to my high school. is a small world. i didn't recognize any of them because they were younger than me, but it is still amusing none the less. alright, i'm just kinda rambling. i leave you with a picture of my DS.

alright, i'm completely done working at the mall. my new store opens this week. i get to help do the final walkthrough today and we do the whole setup tomorrow. wednesday is our friends and family night where we're open for 4 hours and we give every thing away for free. if any of you out there live in the modesto area and would like a free drink then come to the new standiford and tully starbucks right next to Raley's. it's from 4pm to 8pm. it'll be a good time.

i participated in an art show this last weekend. it was fun. i can't wait to get out and do more things like that. i registered my domain name last night. www.disposableimaging.com. there is nothing there yet, but i'm working on it. i hope to have something up and running in the next week or 2. i'll have to see my financial situation. thanks to whoever reads this.

yesterday was the BBQ for JM. we all seemed to have a really good time. it was nice spending time with friends that i hadn't seen in a while. we finished off the night by shooting empty beer cans with a bb gun. it was good fun. i actually shot a shook-up pepsi can that was full, and it exploded all over my friend Heather. it was great. i made a rule that nobody could swim if they didn't have a beer in their hand. that rule didn't last for long, but it was fun while it lasted. i'm in the mood to shoot cans again..... too bad i can't. i just need something to do to zone out for a while. maybe i'll go to starbucks and write some more stuff. hmmm, maybe not. i'm kinda lazy right now. i did enter some photos in a show that is going to be in Manteca tomorrow. too bad i can't go since i'll be working. this reminds me, i need to get my photos from the queen bean. maybe i'll do that.....

i cut off my hair today. this is the shortest it has been in quite a number of years. i also kicked the glasses aside today and put my contacts in. i haven't worn them in the last 6 months. i worked tonight. i've really been having a lot of fun at work recently. it's my life now. friends are moving and my life is switching gears. all i ever do is work or spend time alone, but not much time. i did actually get the day off tomorrow to go to JM's BBQ. i'm totally excited. i need to remember to buy some beer for the event.

i might be going to the Honda dealership here in town tomorrow morning. i'm looking into buying a Honda Fit. it's small and fuel efficient. i had a horrid time at the Toyota dealership last friday night. those guys there can suck my balls. anyway, i'm off to grab some doritos and probably watch some south park. i leave you with a present....

so i've been listening to the group Monster Magnet quite a bit recently. i've been on a early 90's kick. i've been listening to Alice in Chains too. i've been working my ass off since i've been home from vacation. it's been good though. i've been having so much fun with work. i love everyone i work with. i hope it's that way with my new store. i'm gonna go to coffee with Katy and JM tomorrow morning. i'm looking forward to that. i haven't been seeing my buddy Katy since JM has been around. i expected that though. they are getting married after all. i guess it's bedtime.

right now i'm at a buddy of quinton's house. i'm alone for the time being. quinton was out on the rifle range today and should be done soon i hope. i'mkinda hungry right now, but i don't feel like rummaging through their fridge. i suppose today i'll be going to the pizza port with quinton in Carlsbad. i think we will be anyway. i wonder where i'll be staying tonight. maybe i'll stay here again, or i'll stay at a hotel on base. i'm not sure. i don't want to impose on Sal and Christi. they're good people. the Eagles of Death Metal show is tomorrow. i'm looking forward to it. then i take that long drive home on wednesday. i guess i'm gonna try to leave early so i can get home at a decent time since i have to work thursday. i still have yet to legitimately get drunk on this trip. i am not sure if it will happen. i've been driving everywhere. quinton's car sucks so we've been using mine. i suppose i will conclude this for now. i have more stuff up on deviantart. check it. http://disposableimaging.deviantart.com

i'm back here at the barracks in Quinton's room again. we had a good long day today. we went to some rich white city here in socal. my car was the crappiest car in the whole city. we saw A Scanner Darkly there. it was a pretty good movie. it's a real thinker. i liked it a lot. that was after we had lunch in oceanside. then we went to Iron Sights somewhere off highway 76. i haven't fired a gun in years.



then we headed back to oceanside and walked down the pier. we ate at a pizza place called "Spanky's" and the lady that helped us incinuated that Quinton and i were gay. the pizza was ok. during our time at Spanky's the Paris Hilton song came on the radio and i wanted to burn the building down. we then came back to the barracks and met up with Jacqueline (Quinton's lady friend). we then went down to pacific beach in San Diego. we went to a hookah bar and had a pretty good time. that's it for the day really. here are some more pictures for your enjoyment.
