Alright, I made it through Thanksgiving and now I'm back to the ol' grind with my batteries recharged. Unfortunately, I managed to gain two pounds last week (Grrrr!). I tell you, it is a constant struggle. I LOVE to eat. I was thinking of joining Overeaters Anonymous. Sometimes I really can't control myself. But, I'm still alive and kicking so that's good, right?

Anyway, back to work...
