well, i pierced my own lobes but have never attempted anything more extremem than that (thought that will prob. change once i get more into my appretniceship)

if you MUST do your own labret try to get a needle froma piercer, sterilize everything as much as possible, even the the pen that you use to make the mark, order some good quality jewelry that has plenty fo room for swelling and is internally threaded and preferably implant grade surgical steel. the jewelry will cost more but your piercing will thank you.

HEY that sucks you and your little family didnt make it down to the festival , we went later inthe day around like 3 till 6 it was really neat. lots of fun.. you could of took your little baby even there was TONZ of kids. babys. dogs even... it didnt rain at all.. it did cost 5 bucks though.. moneys tight I know how that goes sometimes.. anyways.... I will defenatly fill you in on any more events that dont cost money that you could bring your little baby too.. okay!? warped tour heh? just hang out in the shade with your little one. Ive seen people do it.. drink lots of water. and take turns with the babe between you and your hub.. I dunno.. heh... anyways, I was sad I didnt get to see your face there.. but then again I totaly understand.. when me and mine move up closer/ down town... we'l have to hang out and do lots of fun stuff.. like just put the babe in a strowler and walk around to all the different tattoo shops... or check out the huge ass libary down town.. lots of parks.. lots of different gallerys.. and different coffee shops to just hang out at... anyways talk toya later.
