being sober trying to focus on reading, writing, tv ANYTHING and having you drunk mom and her friends talking louder than a fucking person performing onstage drinking your favorite beer and having a grand old time and completely disrespecting the fact that your in the other room trying to escape the sound which could easily be brought down 15 notches but the continue to yell even though theyr all a foot away from each other and not talking over any other noises causing the extreme volume.
especially after your mom told you she wouldnt bring home alcohol anymore and that her new year resolution was to quit drinking in support of the fact that i went into treatment and have gotten myself sober, and she always brags how all of her friends stuck to their new years rolutions and she never even took everything out of the house, in fact i think shes been drinking more and has brought more home than normal
