Hope that everyones day is going well and that the weekend is going well too.
Was really bummed out again yesterday. I had posted a little while back about a female friend of mine who kept blowing me off. Well, I though. "She couldn't blow me off again, shw ouldn't do that again to me."
Well, i was wrong, she did. Then to add insult to injury, she has a boyfriend, bitch was using me.
Anyway, aside from that the day is ok. Got tonight off and I am looking forward to playing on the net for a while. Also need to figure out if I want to stay with this job or move on some where else. But I got time
If anyone is up for chatting I'll be on Yahoo Messenger as seanconneryisgod till about 5/6 am.

I spent some time earlier with my ex who is one of my best friends and she informed me she might be moving to New York! Wow, happy for her, but kinda sad still. Guess when past loves move on, it still hurts a little. Anyway,
Then I came home to SG and the above mentioned friends made me smile and uhmm........more

Man, I forgot how exhausting the ER is. I haven't worked a 12 hour shift in almost 2 weeks (due to vacation and being sick)
But on a plus side, I spent the first 6 hours in the Glennon Care section of the ER, thats where all the kids go. We have a peds doc, a nurse, and a tech (me).
Saw a TON of truely sick kids, we had to arch out one (helicopter ride to st. louis) she was a cutey but deathly sick.
I love working in that part of the ER, love the kids and the docs are funny as hell. Then had to go over to the adult side, back to reality.
I got the next 2 days off so I'm looking forward to playing on the site.

Boy, two great days in a row, i think hell just froze over
Made a few new friends today, had some fun with photoshop, and tomorrow is looking great even though I have to go back to work.

Well, I wish I could say my first day back in the ER after almost a week went well, but I cant. About 30 minutes into my shift, I become diaphoretic, and started to have issues with my breathing. I was very short of breath, and had to be seen.
On the plus side, one of the nicest docs I work with, Dr. Franks, great guy, really funny, saw me and took great care of me. A few steroids, plus a few breathing treatments later, I was feeling a lot better.
And to my surprise, NO Pneumonia.
I get it almost every year and was glad that this wasnt the issue. Last time I had it, spend 3 days in the hospital.
Feeling a lot better today, made a few new friends on the site, and I think today is going be great!

Well. today's April Fools Day. Tonight will be must first day back to work in over a week and man I'm looking forward to it.
Won't be to bad though, cuz after that I have two days off.
The only thing that sucks is that I have kinda come to a crossroads in my life. I need to figure out what I want to do.
I can
A. Stay in the midwest doing this job.
B. Move to NC and start anew.
C. Move to a large city, buy a trench coat, and pleasure myself for tourists while a monkey in a thong signs my actions for the deaf.
(well, maybe not this one, so hard to find a monkey who knows sign language!)
When I was down in NC, it was out of this world, I was relaxes, I was happy. Here in the midwest, I know everyone, but I'm just not happy.
I guess the big thing to do is figure out, do I still want to be a medic?
Well, I've got plenty of time. I think I'll go V for Vendetta for a 3rd time tomorrow, yeah it rocked!
I think its gonna be a great day today
