So I successfully completed my Red Seal courses and tests and am now all powerful. Or at least I have my chef papers which is kind of the same thing. Started a new job where I'm actually involved in making new recipes and re-designing the menu. Sort of a nice change of pace from the chaos I was working with before.

So with this career advancement stuff and the child on the way I would have to say that life is okay.

Well shit! Congrats!

You have been driving me nuts trying to figure out what the hell red seal is. I'm like, "I've been a chef for twelve years and I have never heard of it before!" So here I am googling everything I can think of to find out what it is...... lo and behold.... it's a Canadian thing! You damn Canadians and your red seals and your poutine and your maple leaves and your.....your......awww I don't know.

Good Job!!! I'm with Jujubee though, I had been racking my brain trying to figure out what this red seal was you were talking about. Sounds like you have your plate full right now. Keep up the hard work and good luck with the baby.

..Funny, As with Jujubee and Teo, I was also trying to figure out, what the fuck is a red seal?

But good job! I have no real idea what it is but I know how strict those things can be.
