I love documentaries. Our library is filled with them. I'm sure I will check that one out in the next day or two.
I'm not dieting to lose fat. It just so happens to be a byproduct of my diet. My goal was more of, getting rid of that shitty lethargic feeling. I've felt like a sack of shit lately. I know it's from my not exercising very much lately. I've dieted many times with the same results. Losing weight is the easy part. I just want to feel good again. I don't trust in government organizations ideas of what's right for me, nor do I care. I don't even have information on my cholesterol. So, I'm not on some crazy, crackpot diet I hear people are on or anything like that. Simply, I've just decided to try eating what the body needs, considering our evolution & history. This isn't a new idea for me. I've been preaching this forever. I've always wanted to try this philosophy & now seems to be a good time. I am eating fat. I'm just deciding where it comes from a little more selectively & the amount. I've never been a snack eater & hate fast food... I don't think we have ever bought soda for our house. I didn't even do that when I was single. Simply, I am eating a very balanced diet of natural food with exercise. The only thing about the food is that it not be processed. I'm not hungry. If I am I eat. It's working on a positive mental tip as well as the physical attributes. I'm going to ride it until I find what I'm looking for.
So, considering your blogs, I'm assuming, you have to be giving LA a good looking over. What do you think?
