The Hell City Tattoo Festival returns to the Hyatt Regency Downtown Killumbus, Ohio in the Arts District this April 19th - 21st, 2013 and then travels back to Phoenix, Arizona August 23rd - 25th, 2013 for another exciting year of good times and great body art!
