Hola - I hope everyone in the northern hemisphere is just taking advantage of the final days of warm weather. And all my gorgeous babes to the south, your hot sunny days are soon to arrive, well in a few months - but it is closer than yesterday....
I am about to embark on a 6 week mission through the Caribbean and North and South America, did this a few times and when I returned I needed a long vacation. This will be mostly business and stuff. I will be in Mexico a few times, Pacific side and Cancun, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Canada and Colombia.... I wanna hook up with the Colombian and Canadian SG's - they are some gorgeous and fine examples of women in the planet.
As I get ready to depart I am starting become aware of how small the planet is, how different and yet so much the same every place I go feels and looks. The families I meet, the young people and elderly and young professionals and the business people all have the same desires, wants, and very much the same goals. We all want to live in abundance, have stuff, a lot of stuff and have toys - you know - things that we want, think we need and the things we want to identify us and those that will define us. It is simple, basic and it is all over my known world. I think it is time I expand my world also. I have traversed this hemisphere from Canada -(which I love) to Argentina and it is time I cross the oceans. Yes, I have not crossed the oceans, un-believable as it sounds for an internationalist like me!!!!
So, as I see this year landing, as I approach the runway leading to the final chapters of this year 2008, I will start to write - as I do every fall, a list of things to do for the coming year. I have not completed 50% of the line items in this years list, I am focused and on my way there. But, I will include moving on to another hemisphere and crossing the Atlantic and Pacific. Norway I am coming or headed your way. I wanna open a taco stand there.
The stuff I set out to do, the things I want to accomplish and projects that I do complete all add to my history and add to the stories I tell. Most of all, they define me, who I am - by what I do. I want to move away from that repetitive drama. I do not want my past to define me, I to not want to be identified by my past. I want to continuously make a serious attempt to be, not only a better person but - my next thing, project or activity must always be better than my past and it should be less a measurable of who I am or want to be and display - it must be representative of how I am making contributions to improve the planet, to repair this globe, to really bring the change we need in the world. This does not have to be a war, a conflict with the powers of the planet, it has to be a change of minds, of philosophy, of thought and of ideas. We have to stop measuring success and accomplishments by individual activities - eliminate individual competition and end the idea of value in quantity.
I want to measure my success and accomplishments from this moment on - solely based on the positive impact or effect I have in improving the sustainability of the things we are not getting any more of - or no one is making a newer version or model of - air, water and land. It's a revolution of ideas - one of change, to repair the planet. How would you do it and what contribution can you make? Wishing you all a wonderful fall and enjoy the colors. Always be the best....

Un Abrazo...
I have this collection of rum bottles hidden in a vault in my bedroom, where the temperature is a constant 68F and the humidity in maintained at 72-75. This is possible thanks to a regulated air-conditioner and an excellent German made humidifier which also creates perfect conditions for a collection of wine, tequila and Cuban cigars that all sleep with me.
I had constant flow of guest drop by all day today and I opened this cherished bottle of Havana Club-Blue Label Barrel Proof Rum from the vault I picked up in Cuba last month. Everyone was served in SG shot glasses. The only one that noticed was this gorgeous Venezuelan-Italian woman in her late 20's that looked at me with a smile and said "nice shot glasses you got there."
I have always been a "toy-maker" since I could remember. I sold newspapers at the age of 7 to earn $3.60 a week in order to increase my collection of hot-wheels which reached its peak at about 200+ cars. When I turned 12 years old I started to buy CB radios and walkie-talkies and later collected coins, then books and then art. Now I only collect stuff I can share and consume with comrades and those who the universe brings my way.
When the day was over, I had shared a load food, Cuban cigars, wine, tequila and the whole bottle of Havana Club Rum was gone. I met new people, introduced some people to others who made new friends. People shared thoughts, experiences, concerns and some powerful personal energy. I am still a toy-maker, but everything I buy, own or posses has no meaning unless I can share it, give it way or in some way bring pleasure to another soul. My day started sharing a very valuable bottle of rum in SG shot glasses and I ended up with a satisfied soul and an inner peace I am enjoying right now. For me today's lesson to remember: Stuff is only valuable if you can share it. Un Abrazo.
Keep the Revolution Moving Forward

Keep the Revolution Moving Forward
My compañeros and comrades questioned my commitment to the SG Revolution because I have not posted in a while. So, not by obligation but because I am devoted to the movement - and out of respect for all of you who so faithfully place your heart and soul here on this site, do I post this note. Just that the hardest process is to keep it short once I start I just want to continue chatting and sharing stuff. But like a good preacher if I can't say it in 10 minutes - don't say it at all.
Well, I have been traveling due to business and the pleasure of sharing my love, compassion and energy throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. I have been on a plane almost every other week and sometimes every week for 3-4 weeks in a row for the last 7 months. I always connect to SG and get the update and I must say that the most gorgeous women in this side of the universe are here for our pleasure on the site. It is always so cool to meet SG members where ever I go, that is a nice experience. I have been making an effort to convert all my anger and frustration of what is happening in the planet toward productive activity that enhances this Revolution of Change and Revolution of Ideas taking place.
Good news: I just got accepted in the Milwaukee SG group, sort of an exclusive group, not really - they are just a small but cool group from a great city. I am in Milwaukee every here and there it is a very cool place with very nice humans.
I have been so impressed with the efforts in Latin America; Bolivia, Ecuador and Brazil; these changes taking place do not get into our main stream media for you to know for the obvious reasons. Venezuela is truly demonstrating that participatory democracy different from our representative democracy, it brings the issues, problems and concerns to the level of the people and for the people to develop solutions. It does not place the power with elected officials - the people decide on how and where to expend the resources of their country in a participatory system. The results are that the super wealthy of Venezuela are no longer in control and they no longer are benefiting from the resources of the country in ways that are unjust. They are mad. Yet the few wealthy corporate owners still control the media outlets and present a different picture. Visit Venezuela and get out to the country to see this, it is an experience.
News from Cuba; the focus of Raul Castro has always been the economic development and efficient management of the island's resources and best use of the people's energies and capacity. The world is helping Cuba, doing business with Cuba and supporting their efforts around the world helping the least fortunate poor countries with health and educational professionals. At any time there are over 120,000 Cuban health care, educational and human service professionals working for free around the world, developing infrastructure to deliver services to the most needy. While our USA government takes $300 million dollars of your, mine and our parent's tax dollars and funds projects and programs in the USA geared to overthrow the present government in Cuba. The worse of this is that the $300 million goes to a small group of extremist Cuban Americans based in Miami and Washington DC funding their organizations and personal wealth. What a welfare system!!! But you don't know that, it is not in the news. The most upsetting issue is that these same Cuban American institutions have given our congress members over $9 million in political contributions over the last 15 years to keep the welfare system going. You and pay for that, get mad and do something. Visit Cuba soon, let me know when you want to go I will guide you there - it will be the experience of your life.
In the mean time, it is a Revolution of ideas, exploring new ways to balance not only the planet's environment but the distribution of resources and with the goal to end poverty. We need to Repair the Globe and to repair how we think, process and plan for solutions. Changing the hearts and minds of global residents is the best fundamental solution to our problems.
By the way, relax about the price of gas; it will reach $5.00 a gallon here in the USA before year's end. It is still 0.18 to 0.25 cents a gallon in Venezuela. Be concerned of the global issues concerning the cost of food and the soon rationing we experienced in the early 1970's. Don't get mad, get back by not buying so much stuff, by only buying stuff you need that is made in coop's and worker owned businesses. Don't get mad, just don't file your taxes and support a flat tax, a fair tax system that ends the Federal Reserve, the IRS and stops feeding powerful banks that finance our debt. We need to be in a Revolutionary mind set, change how we think, behave and move toward action - supporting movements of real change.
One concern I have is in reference to the "Browning of America"; is real and Latinos in the USA will be a major force in the country. Nothing to be concerned about, over 90% of all Latino's speak English and all care, support and love America. This idea that Latinos will overthrow the government has developed a fear that reminds me of the years before Hitler killed millions. Deny, the extremist right-wing movements that want you to support "anti-immigration" thinking when it is really racially motivated and with anti-Latino intent. The thought we can send back 8-12 million workers which represents 6% of the total work force in the USA is a fantasy and the results will be a devastated economy. We need to demand truth-telling from our politicians and right-wing news outlets.
I will stop here… Do enjoy the summer. Plan on stopping by my place on July 26, it is a Saturday, for a Revolutionary Party; bring your tooth-brush it ends early in the morning. Keep the Revolution Moving Forward!

I just read some of the early reports that the election in Velezuela is showing the constitutional reform measures were not approved. According to reports issued at 12:30 Monday morning the count stands at 51% No to 49% yes. This is an interesting message being that Chavez won last years election 63% to 37%. Venezuela has had 9 elections since Chavez coming to power and this is the first election the Chavez administration has lost. A clear message and indication of where the voting majority stands.. Although only 9 million of the 16 million registered voters came out to vote - which is much less voter turn out than last years election, the results have been accepted by Chavez. These results will send strong repercussions throughout Latin America and will have an influence in the development of Participatory Democracy in other countries. More importantly, over 200 observers from 50 countries monitored the election which took place without any problems, a sign that democracy works where the people participate. The best to the Venezuelan people seeking self determination. Un Abrazo..
I hope that everyone is enjoying the fall weather and if not - just wait - it will improve shortly. I have enjoyed the resent wave of excellent sets on SG, and not that the past has been any less, but really the sets have evolved in style, taste and natural beauty.
I always like to point out moments in present history that are crucial to our immediate future. I am bias to occurrences that take place in the Caribbean and lately as these relate to Cuba and Venezuela. Venezuela's population is involved in an election today, a democratic one, and the kind we impose, enforce and demand from our neighbors in the hemisphere and those countries we believe do not behave appropriately.
Believe me that today's election will influence and affect the Americas and foster a new era of self-determination within the Hemisphere that is timely and greatly needed. Without belaboring the point, I would predict that if the results today demonstrate that less than 57% of the voters are in favor of President Chavez's reforms to the constitution - there will be riots and protest and at the end it will be known that our State Department and international institutions are behind such uprisings and the USA will not recognize the election as a fair process. If Chavez secures more than 61% of the voters who are in favor of the reforms, then there still will be riots and protest but the public will know it is a minority within Venezuela that has seen its final opportunity to stop the development of 21 Century Socialism. It will be a clear indication that the people of Venezuela have spoken. Last year Chavez won his reelection with 63% of the vote, although the State Department was caught investing over 23 million tax dollars against Chavez. The global population must respect the desires of the Venezuelan people and help them assure the present US Bush administration stop interfering and sabotaging the process of participatory democracy taking place throughout Latin America.
Few of us have the energy, time and desire to be informed, gain understanding and knowledge of the history of Latin America and the decades of intervention, abuse and injustice the US government has imposed on these countries. US political leaders and heads of our international institutions have acted on the interest of corporations and not in behalf of the American people. These modern corporate pirates have disenfranchised a people in their own land in the past. Today's yes vote in approving the reforms is a vote against the pirates and for a people who desire to participate fully and engage in self-determination. Something we Americans should learn to appreciate. I enjoy these moments when history makers are born and changes toward improving quality of life in the planet occurs.

Hola: I am fine, having a great summer, traveling a lot, enjoying the heat and trying to stay healthy. And I hope you are doing the same or what ever brings you pleasure. Let me share something with you. I just traveled almost 50 miles to see "No End In Sight" a documentary that every single American that is breathing right now should and must see. This is a well done documentary that just simply brings out the truth. It interviews the players behind the development and operation of the US involvement and invasion of the Iraq War and the creation of the present disaster we are facing. I don't want to drag with this, but here are the two options I now must consider as an American after watching this film.
Numero Uno (1) : This present administration is retarded, officially and clinically mentally impaired to some extent psychotic and no one is telling them. Yes, the fab-five, the President, the Vice President, the former (and present) Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State and Deputy Secretary of Defense will go down in history as America's embarrassment to the planet with no regard for human life. A price we will pay for at least the next century and can result in the demise of the USA as we know it.
Numero Dos (2): This present Administration is the most brilliant in creating strategies, propaganda and deception. They are experts in designing and generating support for a campaign that has sacrificed American lives, place to risk the economy and destroyed our foreign relations - for the sole purpose to gain; personal wealth and power, global control and corporate growth and greed. Yet they have presented their actions as a process to protect your life and freedoms.
You may know all of this, because you hear it all the time. But what you may not know is that this is the truth. Not a leftist conspiracy or an extremist view, it is the truth. Any of the above two statements or both will turn out to be true. Hear me now believe me later.
Why should this be important to you? Well, because we in this planet have the tendency to forget the why and how we got to the present place and time we now stand. We are, at least in the USA, historically impaired, retarded and disabled. We have no need to know truth and history in the USA. You and I need to know the truth today and not be surprised 10-15 years from now. Truth-telling is something that is missing from our global leaders who defend and protect their government control only for the purpose of enhancing the economy for the benefit of the owners of global wealth and development.
Look my dear friends this is simple math. What you and I have permitted this present administration to do in the last 6 years will come back to bite you and I in the ass years from now - so hard you will wish you had the common sense to put a stop to it today. Go and watch the documentary:
No End in Sight - and let's talk about what we can and should do to repair the globe. Un Abrazo.

I believe Political and Social Revolution is the only process to bring about a complete change when it is necessary to overhaul and restore a country's political course. I believe in a Revolution that can lead to a true citizens participatory democracy. It is the only process that can permit people to become their own history makers and designers of there own destiny. Revolutionaries, unlike radicals and rebels, they possess a firm knowledge of what they are against, a clear vision of what can replace the present and well defined goals that can bring about social justice and restore human dignity.
Although the Cuban Revolution has not been able to fully reach all its goals I have been a student of the Cuban Revolutionary process and supporter of its loving people and its global commitment to improve the quality of life for all. Due to the 45 year terrorist war and cold war the exiled Wealthy Cuban community of South Florida has waged on the island nation through the financial support of the American taxpayer; you and I as American citizens, our businesses and academic institutions are prohibited to travel, trade and learn from this Revolutionary Experiment. Today July 26, I celebrate the Cuban Day of Independence and Commencement of their Revolution and honor those who gave their lives in this process. Un Abrazo....

I always feel a bit guilty when I do not update, yet I maintain a philosophy that guilt is total BS and it is the gap between how I behave and the person I want to be... So, I accept I am irresponsible and humbled by those who just always up date... I have had lots to report, I have been traveling quite a bit, Canada, Dominican Republic, Colombia and a 15 day mission to Venezuela in addition to the usual Miami, Washington DC, Milwaukee and Detroit. More importantly I have been reading quite a bit and that along with my travels has been a growing and life changing experience. Nothing has recently affected me as much as viewing SICKO, if you have not yet seen this flick, do so.
So, hoping everyone is enjoying their Summer. I do not have a summer girl-friend yet, so... any ideas let me know. I just saw the Transformers movie it was an entertaining experience. Finally, I want to take this opportunity to invite as many of you who are able, to join me in celebration of M-26-7. I am having a yearly Movimiento 26-7 Revolution Party on July 27, in Chicago. I can only promise you will have a great time.
See party invite M 26 7 Party.
Join in on a Live Earth Party this Saturday, 7-7-07 participate.
See: LIVE EARTH PARTIES

The best to you... Un Abrazo
Its April Already.
I have to start off by asking forgiveness for taking such an extended break from journaling, not because anyone missed me, but because I benefit from reading someone else's Blog on a daily basis and it would be only fair to express my thoughts, feelings and emotions - opening and sharing a bit of myself as you do with me.
I truly enjoy this site - and reject investing time and energy in other sites, because of the revolutionary nature SG has and the quality of its membership. So really from my heart - I want to thank everyone who's words I read, who's thoughts I capture and who's challenges I share - and by dropping a line every here on another's Blog - thanking them for sharing, supporting them in time of despair, increasing my joy and assisting me to be at peace.
What better reason to be on this site…
Hoping everyone has a great spring. Keep the Revolution Moving Forward. Un Abrazo...

As this year commences to land I must say it has been a great experience. Since the beginning of the year I noticed the year was headed to serve as a foundation for many great things for 2007. Our hemisphere has experienced a series of major political changes. The consciousness of the world's inhabitants is more aware of the global disaster we are facing and the planets energy is sending clear messages to all citizens. We must learn to get along.
Personally, I have grown both mentally and spiritually. I witnessed the maneuvering and political sabotage taking place in the United Nations without public knowledge. I have learned as the world gets smaller every year it is imperative we the residents of the United States must become more and more participants as global citizens. The more global minded we are the more we can discern what our politicians are doing in the world. Propaganda always works when the populous is uneducated and unaware. Terms are thrown out at us and blanket statements are made creating views, opinions and disinformation. Terrorism, communist, socialist, dictators, regimes and leftist are few of the words used to explain the acts, activities, history and results in foreign countries where we are or those want to invade or control.
In two sentences our leaders explain to the American public what is going on and how we aim to solve international issues. Our leaders have insulted the American public too much and for to long. The world has watched as the American public has been lied to, abused and misused the greatest example of democracy in the planets history. It is time we become less and less opinionated and more and more educated on global issues, world history and understand people who look, think, talk and believe differently than the US citizen.
2007 will bring many other changes and developments that will result in political and social transformation affecting our most basic structures in our daily lives. In our hemisphere we are witnessing countries electing leadership who's philosophy does not correspond to ours over and over again. We will need to learn to accept and live with that or fight against it. Finally as an example, Chavez's enormous victory in Venezuela and that country's extremely close relationships with China, Libya, Iran and Cuba should send us a message we need to rethink foreign strategies in our backyard. Our lack of awareness is indicative that our politicians are making policies that do not benefit our future generations and we are letting them get away with it. China is investing billion's in Latin America and we in the USA have lost Latin America as our best allies and partners. When Cuba undergoes life without Castro, we need to reassess how we do business and maintain relations with the Cuban people and its leadership. Least we loose an opportunity to make mends and fail too just get along. I hope your year has been a learning experience and that the New Year brings you closer to your planet and your brothers and sisters who reside in it. Have are great Holiday. Keep the Revolution Moving Forward. Un Abrazo. MUAH !!!
