There are times i FUCKING HATE public transit.
So last night after work there was a big meeting with all the managers from the region. We have one every other week so its no big deal. We talk about changes in the company, Problems in the company or anything else going on(we found out that prices are all going up cause of the rising gas/oil prices last night) Well the meeting starts at about 9:30 and got out at around 10:10 or so. The store its at isn't that far from my house and it usually takes me under an hour to get home. Still time to get home relax watch tv and do what ever. Well its a two bus trip ride home. The first bus (Western St. for those of you in chicago) I had to wait OVER A FUCKING HOUR for it. Then i had to wait almost half an hour for my second bus(Irving park). I didn't end up getting home till almost 12:30!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so fucking pissed. I am still pissed because not only did it cut into my sleep time BUT I also slept like shit cause i was in a bad mood so now i am at work on my laptop and fucking pissed. The CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) has a request/Complaint email line on their website and believe me you i am going to give them a fucking ear full.
