I was just guessing, I've been doing it for a couple months now, and the girls that have been doing it for awhile all seem to have very muscular (yet shapely) asses and legs. I haven't seen that much of her stuff, but a few pics I've seen show a very shapely yet toned ass and legs. Its a very high intensity workout though. How are you feeling?
