I recently bought a copy of New Music Monthly from Borders. Now, mind you, I just got back from overseas and was unaware the the December issue was a special one. I rarely really look at the cover before I take it to the counter, so how was I to know. After getting home a few few pages into it... SURPRISE, there's Missy! Now, someone, please tell me,, how the fuck did I get the December issue of NMM, featuring an artical about SG, in MARCH? Was this a birthday present (purchased on March 15th) from the god of the freaks? A sign that my 24th year will be filled with indie-goodness? Or just my usual exteme luck in everything but love?

Where's the fortune from my fortune cookie that I had a few days before the 15th? It said something about my birthday.

My appartment has become something much like a reality show or sit-com. Returning from last season are myself (the nearly asexual geek-boy) and Janet (female friend who needed a temporary place to live, but completely moved in). New to the cast is the newlywed couple (Jon [Wiccan] and Chrystal [Catholic]), a dog (Mocha) and a cat (Dixie Normous). My contract ends this year. I don't think The Appartment will continue for a 4th season.

You want some more randomness, doncha. Yea, you know you want it. I'm gonna give it to you good.

Violent Femmes Rocked! The conerct was a blast. I went as Tragedy, friend James was comedy. The costune idea started early yesterday with him getting a bowler and a top hat for me. This lead to the drama masks. Then we thought, "What would go with this?" Tuxedoes. So we rented $60 Tuxes and got them really quick. It was bad ass. We also got a Punching Nun and Devil to accent. I also wrote "NEVER KNOWS BEST" on a cigarette and put it in my masks mouth. Got lots of props for our costumes.

There was a hot really drunk chick all over me at the concert. If I had lower standards, I would have been all over that. Damn my standards!

The new Something Corporate is pretty good. "Space" is the gem on this one. The band has really gelled together over the past few years, and you know this if you've heard their first album "Ready... Break". Nothing on this album lives up to "Konstantine", however.
