What a nice day

A combination of the sunny weather and birds chirping caused me to wake up on my own an hour before I had to work ..... so I figured I would update.

I have been in a really weird mood lately. I think the stress of my job is finally getting to me after a year and a half. They say it is the most stressfull job, with over a 99.9% failure rate.

I need to decied what to do when my lease runs up in the middle of June. So many options; actualy so many options I don't have a clue as to what to do yet.

For the most part my cooking consists of boiling, griling , frying and a crock pot, but yester I used our stove for the first time. I bought and cooked a 10lb ham. It was a great deal at $10 and couldn't pass it up. Baking takes to damn long, I don't have the patients for it. Now I have more ham than I could ever eat

What do you think is the best method of cooking?

I say grilling

When I was in grade school I rarely did homework and they thought it was because I was unable to do the work. They gave me an extensive IQ test in 2nd grade to find out that I had an IQ of 138 then they gave me another one in 4th grade, guess they thought that they must have messed up the first time and I got a score of 139. All through my school career I was a C student because I refused to do homework when I could get A's on the test w/ out it. This is where my belief that that the system is fucked up originated from.
