Yet again a nother long fun filled weekend with JD paddle boarding and sunshine really keen to get a kite board

This is so true u see so many people spaced out with ther phones and its really earatating when ur talking to some body and ther mind and eys are glued to a screen lol 
Wel well been in and out a hospital and now I get to where a lumber corset joy for me lol ;(
