I rather like this games version, as you pick your petals this is what you say, "He love me a little. A lot. Passionately. Madly. Not at all. . ."
Who needs the black and white, "He loves me, he loves me not?" Love is never that simple. No one is that simple.
"Romantic possibilities don’t have to be emotionally tidy or safe."- Debra Ollivier

This month has turned out to be a busy one for me. Between work and hoping to get into a calendar for the area I live in I feel like I haven't had a moment to stop and breathe. The calendar search finals start next week, so after Wednesday I'll be able to just concentrate on me. Definitely nerve wracking to get in front of a bunch of strangers and not appear nervous as they judge you. Luckily I've had my best girl friends and my sister with me.
I did one last night that I didn't qualify for, even the photographer at the casting told me he was upset because the crowd cheered for me the loudest yet the girls who made it work for the bar. I won't lie at first I was shocked when my name didn't get called, just because of how many people did cheer for me, but then I realized I could get into a bad mood or get into a happy one. Of course I chose happy. I went into this just for fun and I had to remind myself of that.
Doing the castings has pushed me even further out of my comfort zone (which I think everyone needs in order to keep growing). I feel more confident and it has been fun. I've learned I can handle rejection with grace. Of course when men offer to buy me shots and beer because of my loss that helps too
This is the year where I've done more than I thought I could. I'm excited for new opportunities, new friends, and more memories.

A pic of one of my best friends and I

Slept in after my first full week of work. Definitely enjoying my weekend so far.
I watched a great movie this morning, while drinking my coffee, nestled in next to my friend still in my pajamas, legs thrown over his, my hair messy. The movie is called Secretary, it has Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader. The movie touches on BDSM, mental health (Maggie's character was hospitalized due to self injury), relationships, and love. This is my idea of a romantic movie
Debating on how to spend the rest of my day. I think it's just going to be a movie day. If anyone has any suggestions on movies I should see, feel free to share. Enjoy you weekend.
Here's a song that caught my attention from the movie.
