I like vinyls but putting them out is always a pain in the ass.
Those guys are from MIlan and a british booking agency described them this way:
"Nick Cave via Link Wray or any Quentin Tarantino soundtrack. Urge Overkill circa "Girl, You'll Be a Woman..." Gun Club/Flaming Stars also likewise innit. Rather cool beatnik fabulouness. Word!"

The Tigers Of Mompracem - S/T digipack
those fuckers can put a great live show....one is from Albania, the other is from Venezuela and the last is from Palermo, Italy (basically Albania anyway)...pretty fuckable as well...but it's just a plus. You don't have to pay for that.. What can you expect? uhmmm...garage, psychedelic shit and even some indie-rock in the vein of a band I don't really want to mention. I even read that they remind Helmet. It's not true but well...I like Helmet.
Go figure it out yourself....you know the cheapest way anyway.
Kiju - Ignite The Revolt
third full lenght from them. We have been friends forever. But they are not fuckable. Well...very easy. Lots of thrash metal and hardcore....but don't call it metalcore.
Nothing new under the sky but you can find tons of Machine Head, Sepultura and stuff like that. You know the deal. Heavydrinkers and they even thanks sg...don't really know why. but what can you expect from 5 metalheads....if they are sofisticated sg otherwise youporn.
And soon or later I will print these, I promise:

Yesterday we also bought plane tickets to London and tickets for the New York Dolls gig there.
I had some hard times dealing with the fucking uk ticketmaster. But at the end I managed to do it.
Haven't been to London in 14 years. I was a little kid.
What else, I've been to the Drones gig on wednesday. They were awesome. Unfortunately we were less than 100 people...so the sitaution wasn't exactly hot.
And on friday we went to the Vibrators gig. They played at the Cox 18 Squat (one of my favorites in Milan). well...it was too packed so we left after 7/8 songs. so it's either an empty club or a packed one.
...hopefully we'll have some new serpentine records releases by the end of the year. and maybe some kinky t-shirts as well.

On friday we went to the Tunnel Club. It's like 5 minutes by foot. Oh boy...it was like my favorite live club in the late 90's/early 00's. So many cool gigs. Then everything change and it became a shitty latin club. And now in the past few years it's all about electro and stuff like that.
Friday it was a N.M.E.(the british magazine) Club night...what to say...average music for an average crowd. and super expensive!
So we left super early and watched a funny movie called Botched
On friday we went to the Tunnel Club. It's like 5 minutes by foot. Oh boy...it was like my favorite live club in the late 90's/early 00's. So many cool gigs. Then everything change and it became a shitty latin club. And now in the past few years it's all about electro and stuff like that.

Anyway. I went to the Dinosaur jr. gig last friday. All in all it was awesome and at least for once the club was quite packed. Mascis is pretty much authistic but oh boy...what a wall of sound he can deliver.
What a jump in the early '90s for me. Lovely.
I wrote a review for it and of course the owner of the club stumbled across it and complained about it.
Aahahaha...of course I wasn't very politically correct but hey...if you do so reviews are boring.

I just got a little lesion, it might be genetic, it might be a present from a fight. I shouldn't worry too much about it anyway.
- the new Poison The Well record is ok. but nothing to remember. I miss The Opposite of December. They are coming to Milan with Rise Against and Thursday. Nothing to be very excited but I might go
- the new A Place To Bury Strangers record is damn cool. Better than the first one. And live are even better. So I'm definitely excited to see them back here.

Been listening to the Mariachi El Bronx cd all today. so good! Hopefully those fuckers will come back to Italy soon but from what I know their manager doesn't bother to have them here. What a fucker!
We've got a cockroackes invasion in the flat....once again. those insects are so hard to kill. sigh.
Oh...the girl...nasty girl...in the past 2 days she sent me 2 naked pics via cell phone....what a bad girl! but well...how can I not like her so much....I met her at my favorite bar last october. through our fucked up friend Satan. The day after I went to the Sonic Youth gig (the intellectuals ones for her friends) and she went to the Prettey Boy Floyd gig...when I was in LA I was living in the same building of one of the Pretty Boy Floyd guys...not an original member of course....but we got high anyway.
LA was cool. I had fun there....but well....too much drugs there. and too many rockstars wannabees of course. Every conversation started something like this:
"you are a musician" "no I'm not". "So you are an actor" "no I'm not". "You're a model" " no I'm not". "So what are you doing" "I'm studying at the university".
Then of course I quit the university just 5 exams to the end.....but it was not my path....so disappointed with it.
Blahblahblah. what a random post. Sorry for it.
Anyway...the drunk girl is back so I gotta go.

I even managed to find a cool '50s table lamp for just 10 euros...so my boss will be quite happy.
Had sex in the sea for the first time of my life. It took 30 years....but well...I'm not use to go to the sea and swim anyway. I guess I've lost my virginity once again.
I'm bringing back lots of food for my beloved sister. She deserves it.
But I'm also happy to go back to the "fashion" city...everything is re-opening and who knows? maybe we'll get some nice surprises. Even if at the end every year is the same old story.
