The Drama
yes there has been a lot of it lately. yes it does suck. yes it has gotten old.
i finally get it now, but i've also realized that people create there own drama. i created my own by not understanding what was happening and looking and reading to much into things the wrong way. i apologize for this because it just adds stress in a time when stress is not needed. having said i also think that you shouldn't let drama ruin your mood or mind set. if someone tries to create drama out of something very little don'y fucking brood over it. just smile, laugh, and get over it and then the other party will have to deal with the drama and the fact that it doesn't affect you. then they have to make the choice of letting it affect them or doing the same and just shrugging it off.
life is to short to get involved and worry about the small shit than can be easily avoided. you want to be happy in life then just make the most of the time you have given with the people around you.

i uh updated my profile thing, and everyone should read it and learn all about the inner workings of me and stuff.
been watching a lot of the caucuses and primaries. its fun, but i still dont know who im voting for yet. maybe barac because he wants to give teachers pay raises and im all for that.
i wish i didnt have to edit my damn images so that i could post some on here, but im computer gets really slow when i open photoshop, so no photos yet.
everyone should check out pandora.com. enter a band and then it plays bands that have similarities with that band. so its pretty sweet.
you have to look at these not as landscapes but the reference point for paintings.

yea hey, hows life? uhhhh my subscription for this site ends on the 19th. figured i should let all 4 ppl who read this know lol. its still up in the air if i'll renew. i like this place, but im getting to the point where i'm trying to cut back on things that i dont really need. art has basically taken over my life now so i need to save doll hairs for that, but like i said who knows right now.
uhhh so after i'm done with college i think i might be heading to philly or boston for grad school and stuff.
so i dont start school again until the 28th. i've been working on color stuff mostly. thanks to a trip to denver and the color as field show they had at the denver art museum i think im seeing color differently, so im pretty excited about that. majorly excited to get back to my studio with all my new colors and such, and start producing some new and WAY BETTER stuff than i have before now.

this is the first 3d drawing a did. its mostly about trying to get people to think by making it ugly so that they dont fall into this lull of oh thats a pretty picture. theres a lot of questions involved in it too like why is the white in it, or what do the protrusions have to do with the piece. all good stuff like that. painted on charcoal

this one started out very different than how it ended. in the beginning there was this long protrusion that came out of it that really got into peoples faces and made then have to move around the piece. i wasn't really happy with it, so after my teacher and i talked about it i decided to reconstruct it. it doesn't show in the picture very well but i used some downs and red browns with it to see what that did. you can kind of see then towards the bottom.

with this one o tried to up the puke factor a lot by mixing really gross colors and just putting them on where ever i wanted and making them really wet so that they dripped all over the place.
and here they all are together so you can see how they work as a series.
so now we've moved onto color and we're supose to have 5-10 paintings by tomorrow and i ahve 19 done already and im going back tonight to do more. i love painting.
