Are you ready for the stitchin and the bitchin?!?

I told my mom about my lil gathering happening this afternoon and she said she'd done the same thing when I was a wee one. She used to make her own jewelry, decoupage, sew a ton of her own clothes, and crochet. I am so proud to be taking after my mom, she rules!

The best part of telling her, of course, was saying the word 'bitch' to her. I NEVER have said that word around her in my entire life! I suppose I should show her this book and prove how the name of the modern-day knitting circle has been legitimized.
