Got a fun post for today
My buddy Jon from DC flew out here to Denver for the last few days.
busy but fun 4 days haha, It was his bday week so had to find things to do so i started with this.
Went to a fancy wine dinner where Shyla works and it was amazing. and i was very surprsed nothing sounded like things i would eat ha.
Had that and then got some Dr. Pepper ice cream. Which reminds me i still have some. Guess whats for breakfest haha.
Um 2nd night we had VIP tickets to a Lindsey Sterling concert. It was alot of fun and such an energetic show.

Um friday was movie day we didnt wake till lunch sorta got drunk after the concert . We went to The Host at 1:30 and it was a decent movie. And thats before i knew it was based off a Stephanie Meyer book <.< then we played Call of duty for a few hours then went to see the New G.I. Joe and yeah its fucking terrible i wouldnt suggest watching it.
And then More drinking.
Saturday we met up with on of jons friends from dc who moved out here. we basically bar hoped around till Shyla told us about a pool hall in Boulder. We headed up there and played pool for a few hours.
Dropped jon off for his flight at 10pm last night. and i passed the fuck out and just getting up now haha.

God its been a month wince my last blog..
Yeah not much new haha weather keeps getting in the way of my plans. But other then that not much new news. Friend flying out at the end of month for his bday and where going to see Lindsey Sterling haha.

How is everyone doing out there.
Life is going good for me out here in Colorado. I got sick over the weekend was down for a few days. THanks to Shyla I have begun drinking wine. My realtor has been dropping off a bottle ever week so at least using it now haha.
So i am moving forward with my home remodel. I sat down redesigned my kitchen yesterday changed it made it cheaper but still nice looking. Got another bid for my kitchen instal and it came in much more reasonable then the people home depot sent out. Like there is no reason why it should cost twice what my kitchen cost to just install it.
The biggest thing is u have to move a sink 3 feet and run 1 new power plug for my fridge. I got things rolling today.
I bought tile for my kitchen flooring, and my downstairs bathroom floor. I also bought enough tile to redo my downstairs shower as well.
Just a way for me to save some money.
Anyway just a fast update catch u all later.

But lets see I have started working on a portfolio atleast the shooting part i have still yet to get photoshop. My bedroom downstairs I have turned into my warm room where my computer printer and stuff is. Then *den* downstairs is my new little studio its small but its more then i could dream off just last year.
My house lets see. I am considering remodeling my kitchen but waiting to see how much it will cost. So updates. I have sorta went crazy the last 2 weeks but i have almost a full photo studio. New camera, light meter, flash, printer, stands and booms. Today Is officially the first day in my new house.
It looks like a total war-zone with all the things I'm working on.
Shelf I put together today and some of my furniture.
This leather furniture is so comfy it causes me to take long breaks.
Lets see what else have I done today. Installed Fire/carbon detectors, got half way done installing a shower curtain rod haha cleaned my oven and cabinets out.
Sad news this house came with a Washer and Dryer. Went to plug them in today only to find that they had nothing behind them someone tooked the wires and motors out. SO was forced to get new ones. they dont come till thursday.
I did my first shopping trip today
Yeah I failed at that today i felt so lost and out of place.

My trip out here. Snow day 1 from Gettysburg PA to Toledo Ohio wasnt funn long and slow first day ever pulling my camper. Day two of the drive was great nice and clear did the most driving that day. Day 3 woke up and local news said sunny on tv... Yeah Nebraska was Ungodly Snow whiteouts and 50mph with my camper i felt like a rag doll.
Got to Denver Safely.
I am currently in a hotel till my house is finished.
BUT!
I got my new furnace installed yesterday and central air i decided i didnt want to deal with carry heavy ac units around twice a year. Aslo security installed.
Ordered Furniture To be delivered Sunday. I got leather sofa, love set and chair, dining room set, and master bedroom.
I got 2 free tvs with my furnature a 40 inch and a 50 inch but... I used the 50 inch for credit towards a 60 inch 3d tv
On a depressing note.
I need a plumber and electrician to call me back.
When the furnace people were in the attic checking the air runs they found a stripped wire that was live and it goes to my Dryer so i need that replaced soon and the plumber to fix my sink.
Oh and i dont think I can lift my tv by myself so anyone in Denver want a free dinner ???

Only downsides is i have to put hardwood floors in. But compared to ALOT of houses i looked at thats a god send.
