Another year another subscription. Not much going on dealing with some poor hours at work but hopefully I'll be able to find a new job soon. On a high note the Lexington Comic Con is coming up and I'll finally get a chance to meet the original Blue, Black, and Green Power Rangers, Lord Zed, Bulk and Skull, along with Billy Dee Williams, and Peter Mayhew. My inner child right now is freaking the fuck out.

So it turns out last minute planning doesn't work as well as you would think. After a couple days of not knowing whats going on its finally been decided i'm going to New York on my own and flying there tomorrow. I'm still excited for the trip even if it will just be me but i'll get to see my sister and nephews so that will make it worth it and i'm still going to do alot of the stuff we planned and we did plan some fun things. So here goes nothing and i better makes sure i wear my NY gear

Well, its Christmas and just like I've been suspecting its just like any other day. I got a TomTom from my mom though that's more than what i was expecting and i'm glad that i have it since I'm horrible with directions. 3 days left till the trip to New York hoping that will turn out to be fun. Haven't been up to much lately basically work and spending more money than i really have but hey I do have how the Grinch stole Christmas and The Year Without a Santa Clause which is probably one of the greatest Christmas movies ever made. Though, now i'm off to get ready to see Sherlock Holmes which hopefully will be good. Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight.

So, I've decided not to go back to community college this upcoming semester. It isn't because it was too difficult or money problems but because i just can't seem to motivate myself to work when I'm still living at home. This is the environment that created all my lazy habits and still being here just causes me to keep slipping into those habits no matter how hard i try to be productive. so I'm hoping that by going to UK in the fall being in a new environment will hopefully provide less distractions and allow me to focus more.

Change is something I, and many others, fear. However, it is necessary. Through change we grow and for far too long I haven't grown. Now, I know that I'm only 18 but i can see where I'm going and i don't like it. I need to start the changes now to ensure I'm who I want to be later. So, hopefully now that I'm saying this in a way that others are aware I will try harder, because even though most of you probably don't care you still know and then I will try a bit harder to be the person I want to be.

Hi, I'm John. I'm a nerd and i love it. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday and part of my weekly budget is for comics only. I love history but haven't had the means or time to really pursue till now. I'm barely social. However, the friends i have i love and love to be around.
