i have realized how i live comfortably on $6,000 a year. first i own a small farm and raise and grow or hunt most of my own food. i've never been married and i don't have any children. i have zero debt, because i dont buy stuff i don't need to impress people i don't like or know. outside of utility bills and taxes the luxuries i do spend money on are a cell phone, internet, cable, and a weekly night of binge drinking at the bar.

i'm sorry you must suffer the collateral damage in this war i have with my brain and heart. but i must from time to time engage it with extremes of binge drinking so i may gain some semblance of peace.

i'll admit i have a particular "type" that i'm attracted to, but its not my fault according to some psychology research paper i read once (kinda wish i could remember where so i could cite it) . during adolescent development our minds set and fixate on specific traits that become sexually attractive to us as we grow older.

watching the 80's: the decade that made us, and i realize i'm old and i miss my childhood. even though i grew up in a decade were nuclear war was a ever present fear, and growing up in England where the IRA was constantly setting of carbombs. i was a latchkey kid, i rode my skateboard/BMX without any safety gear. there was no "stranger danger" paranoia. i lived on a steady diet of sugar filled kool-aid and fishsticks. i was never forced to go outside to play cause i was always wanting to go outside and play. once my homework was done i was outside till the streetlights came on. there was no internet. ATARI was the only home gaming system. no cell phones, and the future was all a guess. the present day has really disappointed my inner child. no 2001 or 2010 space exploration. LA is nowheres close to looking like it should according to blade runner in 2019.
