You were making jam the other day I think. Do you know any good plum recipes? I have a plum tree and in about two weeks I'll have more plums than i can handle or get rid of and would love for them not to rot this year. :-)

Holy crap, you rock! I tried making jelly once before and overcooked it. It was still damn delicious, but it got the consistancy of toffee almost. You had to microwave it to use it. I'll do better this time. :-)
