I have no idea why but I have had a real black dog day. I always have the thought of Cheryl humming in the back of my mind but today it has been loud and angry. I am not angry with God because I know how blessed I have been. But I feel so bitter about Fate.

Hopefully it will pass and I will feel better in the morning.
