Well, I havn't been on in awhile. Work is good. The ladies (retail) see me as a woman who can help design their boring home, and the men (contractors) see me as a fellow man who undetrstands and can meet their needs. i think i need to learn golf though. to be a real man, it seems to enrich the male bonding. Any thoughts? I've always stayed away from it b/c it seems an uppity sport, but now i see dope smokin painters making deals over a round.
I just had my nose pierced (again) and with my mom! who freaked out when i was 16, but loves the idea now. boy is menopause wierd. She's kind of psychotic, but we actually get along a lot better now. i took her to a good tat shop and got some wonderful ideas. I'm sorry not to share, but I'm very possesive over my ideas for custom work. It was sooo long since my last piercing, I forgot the wonderful rush. ( so you know, Im a horrible wimp, i can even black out) but the feeling afterward is truly indescribable. I almost came, and it was only my nose!!!
I also finally got myself some corrective lenses (yay benefits), so i can see again. Boy are there some hot women on this site!!! I will have to post some new pics with my glasses and nose ring soon. I am waiting for my partner/photographer to come back to town. He will get some good shots, i'm sure.
as for my car, no action yet. buddy from work won't paint it for me, so i'm forced to use my connections and try to talk a pro into doing it for cash.I am attempting all the body work myself and I just want someone to spray the final coat and do the decals for me.
Well it is late and I have to work in less than 5 hours, so I should really go.

Well, I bought the car. Now I am spending all of my bonus rocking it out. I think a rock star theme will be fitting.
I put some blue in my hair too...5 years of virgin hair washed away. I just relalized one day that i have this long red hair that i fucking hate and i've been keeping it for everyone else in my life. hubby's gone for a week to work out of town. we'll see how i like living alone. i may be moving out soon anyway. we'll see.
i feel so free lately, like there has been part of me in hibernation for years and it has finally been let out. i'm not struggling to remember anymore. the fire of the phoenix burns on.

well we have the computer back now. hopefully it keeps running. it needed a new hard drive and we lost all our photos from x-mas. like 300 pictures of my sister's new baby. supershitty to state the obvious. at least it's all waranteed.
on the good side, i convinced the old man that i need my own car to learn with. i have my learners licence, and i go for the road test in april. he has a fucking van. so sunday we go to test drive a black beauty. she's sweeeet. sweeter than my beach cruiser bike.I'm pumped. we looked at her today, and i asked if the stereo worked, and lo and behold ther's a mixed 80's tape in the stereo, and this '83 beauty starts blasting tears for fears "everybody wants to rule the world".
the colour mixing goes good. now i get more money to create colour from nothing, or make nice tints from nasty ones and get medical and dental too. that's their way of trying to tie us up for life. i still need to travel, but it will take care of us for now. until manly gets his finnish citezenship back and we see how green it is over there, anyway.

I cut my hair today. 12-14 inches. Holy Shit! It's great though, I will post some before and after pics later. Our computer is on the fritz now, we need to have someone come in. We actually can't even get online, it's megafucked.

Today, I have soo much to do, being my only day off before 2005. We are having an open house, and i am trying to clean up from x-mas, all the junk and paper and boxes. i've really lost my taste for the season.
learning how to use the new camera, and uploading, fixing pictures too. wow, there are alot of other peoples kids. Kids love having their picture taken more than most. Oh well, they are cute and when they're not, give em back to the parents, right?

Oh, people have such narrow views, don't they? Rick and I went to his tile distributor's party and he took some cleavage photos of me in the washroom. a week later, this dude's secretary is bringing me copies, at work, and tries to lecture me about taking responsibility for my actions "lady to lady". I told her I wasn't drunk when we took them, I just wanted to win the free dinner for best photo. I wanted to fuck'n deck her. She showed my boss, apparently so he could take action, like disiplinary, but it had nothing to do with my job, so she's fucked. But I bet it did make him want to take action
So we got a new camera, very nice digital slr. Hopefully soon I will have some decent pictures to post, and recent too. Almost all my pictures I have are from before our wedding.
Very excited about having 5 days off in a row. yay! no more shitty retail hours. I love where i work now, good hours, benefits, time off in Dec., and lots of men who think I'm cute. Being th only woman, there is never that PMS mood straining the air. But they do whatever I say when I have it!
I will put up the photo that questions my honor. I think it's pretty fucken lame.

i can't beleive that i lost like 5 photo albums somewhere in a one bedroom apartment. that's crazy. but i'm hoping for a digital for xmas, so then i can have lots of new photos.
had a staff party last weekend, and once again i am reminded how very much i don't fit in, anywhere. i swear i was the youngest person there and the only woman not wearing a moo moo. but i had every man eating out of my hand including my boss, his boss, and the c.e.o. heheh.
me and my hubby left to go to karaoke and i dragged my boss and his wife out and we got them shitfaced.
i broke down and got a cell phone last week. i swear i hate them more than any other technological invention. but, now rick and i can be roaming gypsies, tied down to no place, and talk to each other for free. and i can take pictures with it.
maybe now we'll get that floating cabin...

Halloween is definately my favourite day in the year. this year I am Cailleagh, the old hag from the crag. I took my cards to the shop and read the fortunes of painters. weird. i also found this anne geddes doll that is a baby in a hedgehog suit, so that was my changling child.
pissed off at the local library, have been waiting for over a month for a guy gavriel kay book. aarrgh.
