soo i have been pretty flatout over the past month! From travelling to Veitnam to working flat out and training!
but it all paid off!

I Had Nationals this weekend and ended up winning all my fights to take the Gold and become national champion once again! But the Real kicker is that it also means i Qualify for World Championships in Mexico City next year in May
