Another very hot day........damn I wish I had an Olympic sized pool...not even my own, maybe nearby. Then I could step away from the torch for a refreshing swim every once in a while. Or at least add swimming to the work out.

I love blowing glass, definitely a hobby I want to take into a full time business. Like many of my other atistic talents. I need to get down to it, and focus. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I love MMA, but I have currently been neglecting my MMA. Tonight Silva fights Sonnen, and while I originally had an offer to be at a good friends house and watch this amazing battle take place...I had a cousin who was getting married....and then that got put on hold because my wife is working, and I lost out all together. To top that off I think I tore some of the ligaments in my foot this passed Monday in my MMA class defending a take down versus a lighter version of Hulk....so I get to limp all week long...and still limp. Loving life. That and I have been lazy....but apparently everyone says I am losing weight, so whule the working out if impacted the diet is not. Good times. I hope everyone of you has been having great times and good lives!

SO...decisions decisions.....my friend is out from Virignia this weekend. Have know him since Kindergarten and he wants to meet up tomorrow. My good friend wants to watch the fights, and my other good friend wants to bring the carne asada for an awesome barbeque...because I would be coooking it. Low and behold another firend of mine wants to go out hiking as well....that is just more options with things to do than I usually ever receive. So, here's hoping for an awesome weekend! And definitely wishing everyone else and great weekend as well!

Well, another day ended at 2 in the morning SG land. Got to love the fact that I am still burning awake on 2 energy drink and a large frozen Caramel coffee....damn. On a bright now, great times in MMA class tonight. Tapped out another guy that has been on my list for a long time, hence, a great great feeling! I am determined to diet some more and add more muscle to my current look....but icecream will not leave me a lone......well hope you all are doing great! First day of Summer....my arch nemesis!

Another loooooong day...but it has been a great couple weeks. Had my very first Brazilian Jujitsu Gi class last Wednesday, which was a whole new realm for me. I am so used to no-gi that wearing a gi has made me aware of one major new obstacle...I have a thousand handles on my body. I got to roll with the Blue Belt and Black Belt....whcih was great because the Blue and me were just about at a stale mate, and the Black Belt gave me a great lesson in controlling someone completely. I completely enjoyed it. On the flipside to that...a lot of my friends want to see me step into a cage and fight heavyweight...its an awesome compliment, especially since my good friend is now a 2-0 fighter and he is also eager to push me in. Maybe in a year I will ask for my chance, but lots more work to do in my opinion.

On another note, tonight I had to drive up and down the mountain twice....thanks to good ol Trent Reznor and NIN I was content driving and had no issues driving tired!

Haven't posted in....a few days...BUT a very hectic few days. My friend kicked ASS in his KOTC match and won by TKO in the third round. His opponent was pretty amazing himself. Good times in Vegas!!!

Well since my last blog I have placed second in a tounrament, and been on a serious mission to better myself, my ability to work out and do my best to help get our fighters ready in Mixed Martial Arts. Lots of glass blowing here and there to make the days pass by and I am headed to Vegas to see my 2 friends and training partners compete in KOTC this coming weekend. Good times.

Good times are coming, and I can feel them finally! Sounds weird, but that is my mood lately! Feeling I am in better and better shape, and that to me is completely an awesome feeling. Have a good evening everyone!
