Ahhh...summertime. Well, almost. We're looking at 95 degrees today, just two weeks ago we were getting snow. Craziness!
It used to be that summertime was the time to relax and do nothing, but now that I own a house that needs quite a bit of TLC, its going to be a busy summer of yard work, fence building, all that. I guess I'm looking forward to it, but man its going to be a lot of work. I can't wait til its done though I'm going to have the most kickass yard in my neighborhood.

I'm headed back to Mexico in 2 weeks, its starting to seem like old hat these days. Definitely the free scuba diving, and huge amounts of free booze are nice though, makes the 9 hours of travel time totally worth it. (Though this time, due to scheduling circumstances, its going to be a 13 hour day of travel).
You know, I've noticed that I blog more when I'm angry or upset about something, I guess that's when I have the most to say.
So I guess in that sense, my lack of long ranting blogs lately is a good thing.

In just a few minutes I'm going to hit the road and head to Mexico. Its going to be a long drive (just over 3000 miles to where I'm headed). Should be a great adventure! I'll try to make some updates as I'm on the road, but I'm terrible at doing that apparently.
Do you ever feel like you need a vacation after your vacation? I always feel a little off for a few days when I get back.
All right, found the house I want, made the offer, got it inspected, here we go! WOo! I move August 6th
I'm about to embark on the house hunt....its pretty exciting, and a little scary! Wow....a homeowner....crazy!
Well, Portland was all right. Cold and rainy, which is to be expected this time of year, but on the upside, I did get a chance on Sunday to head out to the coast and hang out at some cool beaches between the driving rain and snow.
