I've been giving some thought towards building a still. It will mostly be used to produce rum, but maybe other things on occasion.

I used to be strictly a (dark) beer guy, but lately it's the rum that makes me happy.

It can be straight rum, mixed in a drink, expensive stuff or cheap crap. I'm not that picky. I picked up a bottle of C.M. from costco last Friday for like $25 but it's only 70 proof (cheap bastards) and the bottle is already empty.

Anyway I'm broke again (actually in the red this week) so it'll probably be a week or two before I can buy another bottle or parts to build a still...
