So, it's been a long time since I've been on here. Just to give a general update, I've won a couple competitions, one of them a mystery basket (like chopped), and another much much bigger one, a Whole hog team competition. I will finally be done with school in about 3 months. I am currently working at one of the best restaurants in San Antonio, where we only source local food, the menu changes weekly (sometimes 2 or 3 times during the week.) My son is 3 and a half, and I have a daughter coming in August! My wife and I are probably going to be moving back to Mesa by the end of the year, depending on if the house here sells by then. Once we move back out there, she will get a job at a nice hospital of her choice i'm sure, since she will have her CCRN and she will have had 4 years ICU experience. I will more than likely be working for Iron Chef Jose Garces, or Chef Beau Macmillan. I haven't decided yet. In any case, that's what's going on for me right now, How are you people doing?
