it's time for a much needed paradigm shift. i don't know when i should make the transition or what exact paradigm to pick. i'm at steph's house right now on her computer; she's alseep and i'm restless as usual! we are going to kasper's 21st birthday party tonight on the northside of indy. hopefully i'll be able to put on a happy face long enough for the public eye. i'm so anti-social... and too paranoid for my own good. i haven't been feeling well physcially lately and it's wearing on my mind. i've been so stuffed up i have only been meditating once a day instead of the usual three times daily; and not for as long as i'd like.
