I joined the AIDS Walk San Francisco 2007 and we walk 6.2 miles this Sunday. This is a very important issue to me so I have set an ambitious fundraising goal. I want to do as much as I can to make a difference in the lives of men, women, and children affected by HIV and AIDS. Even though there has been a lot of publicity about drug treatments which are prolonging some people's lives, they don't work for everyone and there is still no cure in sight. Moreover, young people are still getting infected at alarmingly high rates.

So I entered my baby in the KMEL Chuy's Bay Babes Contest for 2007. On the 26th, they select the 20 finalist to be voted on again for a week then they announce the winner on June 8th. The only thing that sucked about having a baby is this weight I can't shake now. I bought some new clothes in almost my pre-pregnancy size and hope to get back down. It would be really depressing if I didn't have this beautiful baby to show for it. The worst thing is that I brought my husband down with me, he was pregnant too! I was 130, got to 195 and am now 156. What sucks even more is that I can't even starve myself, let alone eat very little, b/c I have to produce milk

I was like bored so I applied for a new group called 'Jewelry,' which is obviously about jewelry, and was approved yay! Now I just have to post stuff and wait for people to join...and post stuff. Tomorrow I'll probably start setting up shop

Yesterday was the best birthday ever!!! Mainly because I was out with my husband and my son, my family, but we had a great time, my mom and lil brother even joined us. I'm so blessed to have them all. Sometimes you just don't know how lucky you are, I do! I'm sure I have even better b-days to come. And yes, I had 2 drinks, only 2 b/c I have to breastfeed but those 2 did a little bit of damage, I was quite tipsy, haven't drank in like a year or more... hallelujah holla back

Does anyone accumulate a hardened white particle in the pockets of their tonsils? I never wanted to talk about it because it was awkward and disgusting but I read that many people actually live with these foul odored 'tonsil stones'. They are in no way harmful, just disgusting, so I am going to solve this problem by having my tonsils removed asap!

I love having a baby around but it is work, especially getting up in the middle of the night for hours sometimes. Well, I'm getting kinda used to it and it does give me a chance to catch up on the computer while I feed him. It's what I'm doing now! He's worth it all, I am in love

Now that I've given birth to my beautiful baby boy, It's about time I dye my hair those crazy, wild colors I did in high school. Bright color crayon red has always been my favorite but I wanna be a little more creative this time around. I was thinking, since I like my hair black and I've always wanted to try blonde, I'd combine the three. A layer of blonde, a layer of red, and a layer of black. The only thing is, I don't wanna do it myself this time, I hate having to do the bleaching and making a red mess in my bathroom and on my t-shirts. I want to find a salon that can creatively and in a fashionable manner, accommodate my needs/wants, what with the unnatural bright color crayon red. I was hoping you guys could suggest any Bay Area salons for me, or any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
