Nothing beats chillin at home with the pal and kitties.
I had a sad, pannic attack day, but that has all turned around now!

I am a happy brinny.
I have so many lovely stories to tell.
Maybe in the morning i can tell you them.
I have done some amazing things and hung out with AMAZING people.
I cant wait to tell you all about the people I have met and the people i have been spending time with.

Gotta go, the chef is calling for his sous chef.
Plus i have some rad photos to show too.
Story time will be when i wake tomorrow.... or i mean today.... ha!

I spent the last two days with my nieces.
They make me sooo happy!
I bought Mindy her fist digital camera and she loved it!
She was taking all kinds of cool photos and she is only 4! (she is super smart)
I let her play around with mine a few times and she always did awesome!

We went to an amusement park yesterday.
It was fun watching me nieces have so much fun.
We drove around in bumper cars and went on crazy rides.
She was pretty fearless when it came to rides.
It was so fun being a kid for a day.

Clio is to little to go on most rides but the ones she was able to go on were fun for her.
She is really shy and keeps to herself, so it was super fun to watch her giggle and smile on the rides.
She would wave at me every time the ride came around and she could see me again.

I love my nieces as if they were my own. They brighten my life up.


I started a new painting today.
I haven't done much today. It is the first day that i am free with nothing to do and i feel like doing nothing.
I should be working on photos, but ehhhh.

I need to take my cam out for a joy ride, but haven't had time.
I need to go on a road trip some place. I need to capture another place.

I think i am going to start doing more montages.

I found out recently that the music scene here is way WAY better then I ever thought it was.
I have no idea where i have been the last year when it comes to local music.
I have found some really really amazing and inspiring bands lately and i plan on getting back into the music and art scene again.

Serana and the Enigma are back from tour and they came to work to surprise me... it made me happy.
I made SHIT LOUDS of money that night at work. I made the most money I have ever ever made waiting tables.
It was crazy! I went and spent the night out on my brothers farm... it is so lovely out there. I love Iowa summer nights. We ate lots of hot dogs and played to much rock band.

I need to travel some place cool. I was thinking about writing my grandpa who built a HUGE house out in the mountains of Montana. I want to go out there. It is amazing. I think that is what I need. I need some fresh air wilderness. I wanna scream off the top of a mountain and capture everything I can.

I have to go now.
I am going to try and get Andrew to take me on a late night down town cruse on his sweet bike.

I am in love with my new lens!

I spent the most wonderful day with my camera! Stressful, no sleep, out in the sun fun!
I spent the entire day behind my camera. Taking pictures of the things I wanted too!
My paid shoot of the houses went well, and after that, I spent the day in brinny land!
I am so dreamy and can't wait for my next personal date with my camera and lovely new lens!

It is to early freaking early! 5 hours asleep in the lasy 48 hours wont cut it today but it has too.

I can barely open my eyes!
Ehhhhh.... I have a huge shoot all freaking day.
Shoot me in the head.
I am going to start pumping coffee into my blood right about now.
I am not leaving SG.
I can't leave SG. This is the place where everything got started.

So, I have to take pictures of HUGE lovely million dollar homes today.
YAY! Not really.
I guess any excuse to use my new lens is good.
But still..... i hate lame jobs.
At least the guy who hired me is cool.
He likes to drink coffee and smoke to many cigarettes and he smells and looks just like my dad.
He is huge smooth talker to his clients.
I am convinced he is sucj a good talker, he could sell a hair comb to a hairless man.


Any how, I need to put clothes on and get this day started.
BLAH!

My new painting rocks!
I have two now that are in the works and both of them were randomly started while talking to "him"
I am pretty positive these are not only the best paintings I have done, but the most symbolic and meaningful ones. For some reason, I just start working on all these ideas that come out of no where.

The wedding was AWESOME! It was perfect. I was not expecting it to be at all!

It is time for me to fluff my hair, put my heels on, smile and grab my camera and do what I do best!

Hahaha, if you think about it, that sounds bad.
I am getting cuted up for a wedding I have to shoot.
Weddings are good places to meet people, right?!?!?

Today I decided to brighten my day by going to the camera store and messing around.
I wasn't planning on buying anything but reflector screens and some filters.
I got none of those.
I came home with a new freaking lens instead!
YAY!

I also found out today that I might get paid to go on tour with some friends for awhile! woot! How awesome is that?!?
VERY! I need to travel, I need to photograph some place new! I hope it all works out!

Ok, now it is time for me to get all fancy shmancy!
It feels good to look good. Right?
