I want to live in a utopia.

When hope is all we have left,
when the sorrow becomes all we know and feel
I tie the ribbon in a foolish way
Hoping it won’t come undone
for life itself will end

The search for a utopia
Where we still laugh and wish,
where hate is non existent, and war …
was never created
The place in which dreams become life
and stars are within our reach

Yet the delicious fragility of this travesty
makes it untouchable by the human hand
