I have to say it was everything I expected it to be from Kojima.
But, not much more...
The cutscenes remind me of Xenosaga in length, but I like the little button interaction to keep the player from falling asleep.
I'm kinda bummed with the direction they took with Snake...
But, I should say that I'm not the greatest when it comes to stealth games anyway.
I love Kojima's storyline...and shouting out Octocammo! every five minutes or so.
But, I'm steathy (if by stealthy you mean running in guns blasing devel-may-care...or cry)
Plus, I love how the Gekkos sound like cows...but do they have to pee like them too?
What's up with that?
Also, you meet up with your Mk. II which is supposed to provide you with a com-link, bro tazing powers, and...
Comic relief?
While Otacon is describing the drones functionality it's tripping all over itself as though it was the next genetically engineered Hardy brother.
To quote Kawai, "What's up with that? This is war!"
I, for one welcome our robot overloards...
Especially if they go by the name of Wall-E.
I haven't been THIS in love with a cartoon character since Stich (and Tuxedo Mask before that...ooh and the new design of Sam Fisher).
Oh, and Kawai and I also decided, with all the fumbling, tripping...and weird beeping noises...I'm pretty much Wall-E.
I went to see it in Emmeryville so I could see the digital version and totally spaced that it was Pixar's hometown.
So, forget what you just read and imagine this: in order to get the best quality picture (and to support Pixar) I went to see the movie in Emmeryville.
I also got a sweet watch out of the deal.

It doesn't actually tell time (which I'm going to blame on Disney) but Kawai declared that it's set to Wall-E time (which is better) and using my amazing...
And by amazing, I mean nonexistant...
Math skills I realized that it IS Wall-E time.
3:53= 3+5=8+3=1 1+1=2
Ain't math adorable?
