So it's a new year and a whole new vibe. I apologize for my long absence from SG. My life since August has been in such upheaval that hardly know who I am or where I've been or what I've been doing!!
I had an 8 year relationship end, started a new one (erroneously, but I'll get into that alter) moved house, regretted moving and now have to find another place to live!
So. let it never be said that my life is boring.
I have come to the conclusion that I am a control freak. I've been trying to bend the universe to my tiny will and it has only bitten me on the ass. And whopped me on the head. And just about every other unpleasantness you can conceive. I'm an idiot.
Apparently the only way I could summon the chutzpah to end things in my last relationship was to have an affair. How stupid of me. creating yet another reason and excuse to not step out into the unknown.
I wrongly thought this new man was the answer to all my prayers. Turns out, not so much
So now I am living in his house. He thinks this is for keeps and I just wanna run a mile, but feel trapped.
My dear parents who live in Canada are absolutely gagging to have me join them there, but my stupid pride has held me back. Whatthefuckamidoing?
I think I have to summon the strength to just take the plunge and leave and head for colder climes.

Wow, I've had a helluva couple of weeks, how bout you guys? One of those times that challenged the very foundation of all I had sought to create. I can happily say that I have emerged, shaken, wiser and stronger in the realisation that wholeness is always infinitely better than partiality maintained for the sake of a status quo that wasn"t even working.

Happy Sunday, SG-land, I hope this finds you all healthy, happy and safe.
Have been on my lonesome for the past two weeks as the significant Other is in Tanzania climbing up KIlimanjaro as I type this. He's on a National Geographic shoot, bless 'im.
I rather guiltily feel like I've been on holiday So easy to keep the house clean when it's just one! And I can what I like when I like. It's been pretty cool. Although last Thursday's full moon was interesting as I always ovulate at the full moon, so it was pretty challenging internalising all that sexual energy. Needless to say I'm glad he's back this week so that we can, erm, connect

Some of you may know that I'm a massage therapist (amongst other things). I love using my hands to help iron out the kinks and speed bumps we accumulate as a natural part of the modern lifestyle. Time has taught me that I need to work with my hands to preserve my sanity! Otherwise I spend waaaay too much time in my head (which is sometimes wedged really far up my ass ) Using my hands and the combined intention of myself and the receiver truly makes for some magical moments. I love that people come off my table feeling wonderful!

This is a prayer for freedom, I hope you like it.

Today, Creator of the Universe, we ask that you come to us and share with us a strong communion of love. We know that Your name is Love, that to have communion with You means to share the same vibration, the same frequency that You are, because You are the only thing that exists in Universe.

Today, help us to be like You are, to love life, to be life, to be love. Help us to love the way that You love; with no conditions, no expectations, no obligations, without any judgement. Help us to love and accept ourselves without any judgements, because when we judge ourselves, we find ourselves guilty and we need to be punished.

Help us to love everything that You create unconditionally, especially other human beings; most especially those who live around us- all our relatives and people whom we try so hard to love. Because when we reject them, we reject ourselves, and when we reject ourselves, we reject You.

Hello SG-land, how goes it?
It's been a challenging week for me, how about y'all? We are currently experiencing really unique cosmic energies and planetary transits that are forcing us to face ourselves, be real honest and truthful, or alternatively have the lack thereof be thrown back into our faces until we acknowledge and adjust our part to play in the creation of this reality we share. Not always easy. But why would we enrol in this whole "life"thing if it was all easy?

As you may know from my profile, I have a special kinship with the Fey folk. Often people have said to me I remind them of a fairy. Well, its part pixie actually. There was some, let's call it "genetic modification" a couple of hundred years back in my father's line, courtesy a male pixie who shall remain nameless to protect his privacy. All this time later the evidence is in me, my pixie ears (which have until now remained hidden from your eyes ) and my easy kinship with the overlapping reality of the Faerie realms.
This is a prayer I love to use to call on the help and protection of the Fey folk
