man that was a bitch ass cold. I barely
ever get sick and even when I do it only
lasts a day or two. Maybe this is a sign that
I'm running myself ragged with three bands.
(man I'm a band whore) back a practice last
night (was off since friday's show to recover)
My voice if finally back in melodious condiiton
(hahha I love that word) Metal band practice
tonight. That is all.

is not sore any more and since I'm playing a
show tomorrow that is good.
Oh and despite my better judgement I drank
beer last night and yes Navin you were right
it did make me feel better. Ah the magic elixir
of the gods. Oh and I notice there's a bunch
of hot new Canadian girls on the site. Yay
