My apartment is haunted. Without a doubt, freaking haunted. About a month ago, I moved into an adorable one bedroom with boyfriend, Nick, and found out the history behind the building. Apparently, it used to be an old hospital up here in the early 1900's. I can't actually find anything about it online, but yeah, it's a freaking hospital. the apartment next to mine is above the old morgue. I can't decide whether to love it twice as much or be creeped out.

I know it's haunted for three reasons so far. 1, well, I've been told. 2, found a reeeeeeeeeeeeeally old really small dog collar. At the BOTTOM of my laundry basket. I don't have small dogs. Nick never saw it before, and there's no way to explain it. and 3, one night, we found a small print in the dust under a coffee table. It looked like a footprint, but it was waay too small for my foot. It had to be a child's footprint, maybe a 10 year old. But in both our families, the youngest is 13 and the print was fresh. Thinking back, I should have taken pictures, but we were both so freaked out at the time, he brushed away the print and we threw out the collar.

I look forward to regaling more haunting stories about my apartment when I have some more. If I disappear though, now you all know why. Malicious ghosties on Halloween!

Update (10/27) Woke up this morning to Skype up on my computer. No computer restart and I haven't actually touched Skype in about 3 years.

Well I think I'm filling up my quota for blog posts this week. Today is just way too annoying, so I'm going to bitch a little bit to you guys again! Woke up way too early because of some creep with a wrong number being all creep like and freaking out my boyfriend. Then stuck at work with HORRIBLE horror movies all day (I love horror, but White Noise...1 AND 2? C'mon now AMC.) And then, as if my computer problems weren't already enough, my laptop charger decides to finally shit out. I think I'm just bad luck with technology. I just got this laptop for Christmas last year, and it's already got problems nobody can sort out. If I'm now buddies with any computer geeks that would love to help out a non computer geek, it wont come out of hibernation and wont shut down. They say it's just a software issue, but all the things I could have done to reset it haven't worked, so I'm about to just throw it. I think I'm just going to go all Bonnie and Clyde and start robbing banks. Maybe I can finally afford something that won't break down on me after a few months

And then I get to go home and wait for my internet guy to show back up and finally fix my internets. Maybe I can finally finish downloading the original million years of Doctor Who!! Also, can't wait to watch the first episode of Walking Dead season 3, so nobody spoil it!

Hey there pretties! It is sooo annoying trying to find a publisher. Even more annoying than that is writer's block. On a short story. Ugh. My least favorite parts are names and endings. I always think of way too many good ones and then can't figure out which one to use. Names I'm just terrible at. I can't think of good ones and then I change them thirty times and almost every time I work on the story. Thankfully, you can't really go wrong with fiction and sci-fi. I might finish the rest of this rant later. Back to babysit the store

Today is an awesome day. Today, I became a SG Hopeful and later tonight, I'm heading into New York City to see Coheed and Cambria! I'm so excited. Is anyone else going to the Webster Hall show? Or comiccon this weekend?? I'll be there too! It's my first year at comiccon and I think I might go mad. It's like Christmas in October, almost like last year's snow storm for Halloween!
