Picture time !

A few days ago the snowfall was so intense that nobody would go out to but groceries. Of course a friend and I are real survivors so we did anyway. We found the big supermarket all empty. It was strange. I shot pictures. I couldn't get the Clash song "lost in the supermarket" out of my head. Here's how it goes :

My best friend is in the hospital since last Wednesday. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At 24. Which is uncanny. Doctor said if he had been diagnosed two weeks later he would have lost his eyes and kidneys, maybe his liver. Which is scarry. He is "fine" though. He will just have to spend one more week or so in the hospital. And inject himself with insulin four times a day for the rest of his life.
I hate it when shit randomly stumbles upon people.

Next week I'm going to be in Paris. I'm going to melt, but it should be fun.
