i've been captured by the dreaded flu virus and i've been bed ridden for 3 long and dreary days. 3 days of jeremy kyle, phil and fearn and of course, the loose women.

despite this, ive had some recent inspiration as I just finished reading this book -



it was amazing. best book i've read in ages! and extremely thought provoking.

workwise, ive just started a new job as a medical secretary which makes getting the flu even more infuriating, ive only been there a week. I'm starting to feel a bit better today though, so hopefully I won't need to take much more time off.

ive decided to change my hair again, and i'm going back to my spiritual colour RED for the first time in years. oooh. watch this space for photos

I'm finding the run up to Christmas pretty depressing this year to the point of great annoyance . theres only so many of the same shitty decorations I can stand looking at, let alone be in awe of, year after year. Its not that I dislike the day. I just hate the fucking overkill. santa doesn't drink coca cola! (he drinks pepsi) arf arf

what else? oh, I just bought tickets to see glasgow comedian Limmy next March, can't wait for that.Limmy he rules

i now crave some king prawns and syrup, although not together (necessarily)
