I misunderstood the membership renewal rules. I thought my membership would lapse and that would be the end of it. Not so! Here's what I just sent to the management (after a series of e-mails, none of which they answered):
Okay, I'll concede. You've got my $48; you won't give it back; you can't fight city hall, right? When I told my wife about this, she was glad that I'll be a member for another year, because she thinks your girls are totally hot and kissable. Sweet, right? But to be blunt, you fucked me over, and I just have to deal with it. Is that really good customer relations?
