Another day another friend. I rather like the pace that I am moving at thus far on this subject. As the days progress into the work week I find myself going into interesting material that I am sadly not allowed to discuss. So instead I'll suffice to say that it was a progressive day with an awesome workout to boot. Just can't beat that after workout shower either.
