I've decided to start running again. Not running for office or anything like that, just running.

Sounds easy, huh? Not really.

Two surgeries on my right knee and still no real ACL to speak of makes it a bit difficult. Still, I want to run.

Go for it! Pain is just weakness leaving the body!
I had planned on going running today, but it's cold out and I'm lazy.

Misery doth love company! It's warm enough to run comfortably down here....not sweating to death. Amazing how everything hurts for the first few days when you haven't done any running for a while.....
