what's the point of staying in a relationship if you know it has no future?

I'm in a relationship with my boyfriend, who I left my husband for.
I love him... a lot. although he has cheated on me... stupid, I know.
but we live together and at the end of November my lease is up and I am moving back in with my parents so I can save money to move out to Oregon so I can be near my kids.
at that time my boyfriend will be moving back in with his wife and kid.
my friends keep telling me to kick him out break my lease and move back in with my parents now... I know I should but I do love him he says he loves me but... idk.... he has already fucked me over.
............ I'm fucking stupid..............
I should just forget everything.
I shouldn't trust anyone but myself from now on.

It sounds like you have a loving heart and was hoping for a passionate relationship and got fucked over. I think thats a long time to live with the guilt of a mistake,but only you know what your wallet can afford even if your heart can't. Being with your kids is always a good thing and your parents helping you get there is best,cause i'm sure they want to see their grandbabies too.
